My tax preparer was Mary Lewinsky, I was never able to reach her by phone and only had communication once a week through email. Mary Lewinsky gave up on my taxes and asked me to provide an address to send to someone else. This business needs to go under and be replaced with a confident one.

After 2008 when tax law changed, they failed to subtract a military pension from Ohio tax liability. Cost $$$ and wouldn't file amendment to original return to correct mistake.
