If you haven't tried their smoked meats, you are missing out. The flavors of their ham and bacon is unmatched in my opinion. We've had our animals processed there for years and have always been satisfied with the quality of the product. It is also a great place to work as long as you don't think it's a place to hang out and watch others do your job. I've worked there myself. I started out a bit squeamish and not trusting what was in my ground meats. I left there with a new respect for the owners and the satisfaction that you won't find anything in your ground meat except what belongs there- good clean meat cuts, no nasty scraps or fillers, just good meat. I buy most of my pork and chicken there, as well as beef in between, when I run out. Shout out to the owners, who are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I recommend the jerky. Pricey, but so worth it!

Never a disappointment. I get my pork butt roasts here for my smoked pulled bbq's and they are out of this world. Joe was very helpful when it came to sizing for proper portioning for picnics. Thank you for your superb customer service!!
