Hands down the worst auction house I have ever done business with. In my years of buying estate sales, I have never seen a auction house charge a 21% buyers fee. They also shipped to the wrong address. Hundreds of dollars in silver shipped to the address. After calling, I was told I would have to find a way to fix the mistake myself and to call ups. Unbelievable.
The money you save buying used is taken away with their shady buyer fees. Just buy a new product and dont waste your time here.

Great to deal with; actually answer the phone, and answer questions. They use UPS for shipping & will arrange & contact with price. Not all auction houses arrange shipping, & it can get costly very fast! (Speaking in general, certain items, of course, need extra care in shipping—which can significantly increase price; weight obviously, as well. Know how much you’re willing to spend in advance; know what items you’re bidding on are worth; it’s easy to overpay, in the heat of a bidding war; don’t forget to factor in the auction house’s price when bidding.)

I'll tell you what description is vague....but not description of what they are not responsible for is like everything!!!!! Sold a fake chain paid shipping and handling was refunded but ...for s/h....nothing...got a bracelet didn't mention missing diamond's & no one ever responded to my messages, I am done buying fake or broken jewelry beware pearls can be faux from this place & they won't mention it you won't know till you get them no integrity...

Do not count on them for shipping.......... they are either getting a kickback from the UPS company they are using or the UPS company is making their entire living from Berner's customers. Charged $80.25 for a 9# package UPS Ground to Las Vegas. On the same day received a 13# package from Enid, OK to Las Vegas at a cost of $37 for UPS Ground. Someone is ripping off others.....

Important !!! I am pleased to say my latest experience with this auction house went very well. Berners had shipped an item that was not mine and one of my items was missing. The owners rectified this problem immediately and compensated me. I have purchased many items from this auction house in the past and this is the first problem I've had with them. Because of their immediate and Swift action in this matter I have all the trust and confidence in them and we'll be doing business with them again in the future. Thank you Berner auction house.

So I participated in a online auction and If your unable to pick up your items personally I don't suggest wasting your time. I used the UPS store they provided for shipping and received 2 out of 15 items won. When I called the UPS store they acted like the other 13 items (jewelry) were there and I must be missing them in the box lol like I don't know a scam when I see one. Now they will issue a claim through UPS to pay for their theft be aware don't fall for the circle of lies waste of time.
