Took my jeep there they went above and beyond my expectations and they did it very reasonable this will be my place take all my vehicles too from here on out . They are very friendly and professional and quick too , . They got customer here from here on out .. I highly recommend using them for towing and or repairs for your automotive needs

Told my husband they could get my father's car towed in the am and believe he talked to owner. We asked the owner if we could pay in a week and also my father asked if they could hold a post dated check. Called in the morning they were coming to get the car. My husband called and told me they won't do it. I gathered the money to have it done and called them back and all of a sudden they are backed up. The woman who was talking to my father was rude and nasty. I will gladly take my business elsewhere along with my husband's trucking company

The business is an eyesore to our area, when it rains, they drag mud out on the public road. I made a call and requested they spread some gravel to eliminate the mud issue.I got a return call from a guy named Dan, he was cussing me out and screaming on the phone, I hung up.This was reported to the Sheriff of Jefferson county Ohio.

Briar Ridge has been good to work with. We were in a pinch (deliveries scheduled) and Cliff was a big help. He got me in, even when they were busy and fixed the problem with our power steering pump leak the very same day. Thanks guys, you deserve a good review. Bill P.

Did carburetor work and other repairs on my 1979 mercury cougar. Aj was great to work with fixed everything on my car. This is a one owner 44000 mile car in new condition. I'm very particular about my car and was very happy with the work and price. They went out of their way to take care of my car. Will use again.
