I had a flat tire I could not fix on the side of the road and limped the car into the travel station to get away from the traffic. Luckily for me the manager there Neil was walking in to start his shift and he offered to help. After I tried to fix it myself for a couple more hours . I went in and he was still there. He sent a roadsid technician with a service truck out to help us. After a while he came out to check on us, we were still having no luck. He actually jumped right in there and got his hands dirty too. He ended up calling a mechanic who had already worked his shift to come help us. I couldn't believe how fast he showed up. And how dedicated he was and determined to help me and my wife back on the road. We had tried everything. Impact guns breaker bars different striped lug nut removers still with no luck. Our only option left was to melt out the lug nut. I was a little worried but I trusted them and they were able to burn this nut off with no damage to my wheel, but they didn't stop there. They didn't want to send me out on a spare tire with four lug nuts . They ended up burning the stud all the way through the rotor and replacing the stud for me.
To the team at loves I thank you so much I truly don't know what I would have done without you.

The service people are amazing. They helped my husband and I take our flat off because it refused to budge. We had tried everything... They came and tried different things to help and they did not stop until it was off. The mechanic came from home too. The other employees there were super nice as well. Definitely my favorite truck stop!! Thank you guys!!!

Trash cans SHOULD BE ALL AROUND THE PARKING LOT NOT UP BY THE BUILDING BECAUSE UR LAZY. SERIOUSLY U WOULD NOT HAVE SHIT IF IT WASN'T FOR TRUCKERS. WE DO ENOUGH SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WALK CLEAR TO THE BUILDING TO THROW OUT OUR TRASH IN THE TRUCK. DO BETTER LAZY ASSES AND SITTING AROUND MECANIC SERIOUSLY LAZY AS HELL EMPLOYEES

Please teach your staff to work correctly with customers - today I bought plastic seals for points and the cashier offered me to donate 1 dollar and I accordingly pressed the yes button, he tells me to give me a dollar, I tell him that there is no cash (they are always in the truck) and take this dollar from the balls (I have enough of them) he says that it doesn't work and he won't sell the seals to me, I tell him then cancel my dollar donation and just sell the seals, no, I won't do that...where do you find such people?..I just left with poor thoughts about your service.

Ok stop at my favorite spot when working on my job I'm a driver so I stop at Loves.
Now I paid for my gas at the pump put my number in to get 10 cent off yes $3.02 take some pics make my way inside take some more pics go to the bathroom. It's nothing like a clean bathroom that why I like Loves bathrooms be real clean see photos ok wash my hands make my way out the bathroom and look how neat and presentable all them snacks are. Look how fresh the fruit is OK I grab me some snacks and proceed to cashier she rings me up declined try again declined hold up it's my same card I bought my gas at the pump with I shouldn't been declined ok hold on ma'am I'm a go to the truck and get my other card. Now I come back in and pay with my other card declined what is going on so I logged into my account and show cashier it's money in my account shouldn't be declining my card so I tell her hold on. I go to the atm take the cash right out but it costs $4.95 so now I'm salty I have to pay $4.95 at the atm because something is up with they card machine at Loves that's why they don't get 5 stars at this loves from me please when visiting this location keep some cash.

Constanly told by employees AND the on duty manager that it's either 'not my job' or 'maintenance' doesn't get in till 9, and that's their job. Store is consistently dirtier than other Loves I stop at frequently...Belleville and Columbus, and trash in the mornings is piled high and deep at the trash cans at the diesel pumps as well as the trash cans in front of the store. Windshield washer buckets either have low or no water and almost never any cleaner in them or the water that is there is filthy. BTW, the 'maintainance doesn't get in till 9 and that's their job' just came out of the duty manager's mouth at approximately 0645 8/31/24, just a little while ago. The 'not my job' attitude needs to stop, especially seeing as how Love's is 30 to 40 cents more per gallon of diesel than truck stop service centers within a 10 mile radius.

Clean location. Clean shower. Lots of truck parking. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, like most loves, they have absolutely no clue how to weigh a spread axle trailer.

So. Today is Sunday. July14th. 7:30pm. I'm not sure what is going on with this location. But it IS NOT up to LOVES' STANDARDS. The women's restroom has not been cleaned or maintained in a while. Trashcans overflowing. Feces on the floor in multiple stalls. No coffee made AT ALL. Hot chocolate dispenser has not been properly cleaned in a while because it was clogged. I was not going to waste my time taking it apart and Un clogging it for yall. Floors were wet and slippery. Soda and beverage counters were sticky and disgusting. No attendant at the diesel counter. This is very sad. We choose to fuel at Loves because of there amazing service and facilities. I would expect this from a TA or Petro... DO BETTER LOVE'S.

Stopped here randomly, but I was impressed that they have a great fenced in dog run. We didn’t have our dog with us, but we travel with him often and a good dog run is almost unheard of at a rest stop.
Bathrooms were nice and clean, with stalls that were almost floor to ceiling.

Came thru on 6/24/24 in route with our dog transport with 52 rescues dogs.
The dog park is amazing and worked well for us. 2 play yards so we could have 2 play groups out at once. They have water Spickets we was able to refill all our water jugs❤️
The gates don’t latch but we just used one of our bungee cords to keep closed. We highly recommend this location❤️❤️???
