I've never had good service here, they have been short staffed for at least a year like most businesses post-panemic. I took my kids for an afternoon of bowling and ordered 1 pizza when we got there. There were 3 waitresses behind the bar. There were 4 customers. We waited an hour and a half for 1 pizza. Had to buy a second hour of bowling while we waited for our pizza. Went again with my in laws recently and the service was better but no one ever came to refill drinks or see if we wanted anything else, we had to go to the bar counter to get any service.
