“Wow. Wow. Wow!! Our car is like NEW! 10/10 recommend Pied Piper. If you have an issue with your exhaust, etc., don’t waste your time going anywhere else!!! They not only fixed my vehicle as if it were their own, but handled themselves and our entire situation kindly and professionally. Side note: our car ended up needing to stay longer than they expected, so they OFFERED to remove our daughter’s car seat for us and set it out on the bench in case we couldn’t get there before closing time!!! “I took my GMC pickup in to have the breaks checked and fluids changed. Josh and his crew diagnosed the break issue by replacing a defective brake caliper. Now it’s better than new. This truck always had sensitive brakes and they fixed it when the dealership could not! They’re experienced and detail oriented. Very happy with the service!”

“On a recent trip to New Phila. from Kansas City, Missouri, our 2013 Chevy Equinox started acting up. We were only in town for my High School Reunion which ment 2 days max. The Service dept squeezed us in saying the repair should take about 3 hours. We had the wife's Emotional Support Dog with us which did not present any problems. The service dept was even kind enough to have a driver take us to a local restaurant and drop us off for Breakfast, then return to pick us up.
