Awful company!!! Gonna rip you off one way or the other. Why would they want 30 days notice before you can move out? Money, money, money. Rip off!!!

Absolutely Terrible company to deal with!! In early March of this year 2023 we were told by the property owner that we had to " get our shit out of our unit and never return" after we called inquiring about potential theft to our storage locker because we mistakenly had the wrong unit number when we went over to start taking thing out. the property owner made claims that we stated he took the items when all we asked was if they made a billing error and had the unit cleaned out considering it had been months since we had been on site. We removed our items and informed the owner that their online exit form was not working and we notified him by email and by phone we have vacated at the end of March. April tenth he still claimed we were moved out because his online form wouldn't accept our move out dates. We then paid an additional month of rent on two units , and was even charged a " lock out fee" . The unit was never inspected for almost two months after we cleaned it out. Since we have received multiple texts , calls and emails threatening us to [pay him additional fees and he is claiming after we moved out two months ago that they "found damages" . It is our belief that because of the dispute in early March that the property owner either deliberately damaged his unit or rented the unit out to someone else who did and is attempting to harm us financially with false charges and fees. These people that run this storage unit are deceptive, vindictive and shysters. I would stay as far away from them as possible, if you upset them they will do the same thing to you and they will threaten you and call you awful names in the process.

I told them I would be out in the 30th, they went in a day early, and charged me a cleaning fee. I would not recommend using this company. Very expensive. Update- I have a picture of my unit, when I got everything out. I swept it, as I said. They went in a day early. Floor was swept and clean!

Need some storage? checkout u-lock storage. With their many locations they can accommodate you just about. I have a storage unit myself with them! Peace

This storage unit is poorly managed. The company only responds a via email. The only time I did get them answer the phone was when they did not take the funds out of my account after I updated a credit card. They put a lock on my storage unit and wanted me to pay a multiple fees to get access to my storage unit. I rented a storage unit for them for quite some time but and was never satisfied. is also sad that we now have a storage unit at the edge of town that that's what everyone visiting Delta gets to see.

I like it for a storage unit, it's just a storage place... I'd like to see some type of security implemented at this location.. A camera system would be nice...
