Very rude !! They don't cash lottery tickets and they are expensive!!! Don't go here it's straight trash!!? Rude owners !!!

I just went into this establishment with a winning lottery ticket and the owner told me that he has only had 2 customers and can not cash it which is a rule violation dude is petty go somewhere else do not stop
