Called to see if I could get a better price on my homeowners and auto policy with a different company at the time. They are able to work with a variety of providers so they can shop around for the best coverage and price. They came in a lot cheaper than I was currently paying with the same coverage. Very easy to work with. Responsive to emails. If they promised to get back to me with info, they did. An actual person answers the phone. Not endless prompts to work through. Had a slight issue with my renewal. Debbie was more than helpful. Offered to call Progressive on my behalf. Resolved the issue and even found an additional discount that was missed during initial application. Also got me a refund as the discount should have been applied from day one. Now that is customer service! Highly recommended.

I went to Edwards insurance company to support local companies. I’ve had nothing but problems. The owner Chris was telling me that he was not gonna cover my house because I wasn’t bringing my vehicles with it. That is very unprofessional. Then I called headquarters for the insurance company and he changed his tune. He told me that he found another insurance company and then he would get back to me and he did and told me that there was another insurance company that he had found. So I’m thinking I have insurance. I get a call from my mortgage company saying I have no insurance on my house! I can’t believe a company would do this to people when they come to you for help! That’s your job as an agent.

Well, its been almost a week and no return call. I guess they don't want any additional business.
