What a mess. New ownership in the past couple years. Poor quality work and you get LIED to about the status of parts, when your car will be done and doesn't realize how much this is costing you personally when you don't have a car!

This place is a joke and they lie so much they can’t even keep track of what they’ve told us. If you need car repair go someplace else because you will spend money out of pocket and wait an absurd amount of time for literally no reason. No one at this place wants to take accountability for their poor planning and time management.

If you aren't going through insurance, or if your car isn't worth more than $30,000 please do NOT bring your car here. They prioritize insurance claims and expensive cars so the can more money from them. We had a car towed there at the beginning of August and have not gotten as much as a call or any information about what the time line for when we will get it back. We have called 3 times to get some details and each time the response is "we're still waiting on parts, it'll be a couple more weeks." Last time we called, it was a month ago, same story. The car still is sitting in the same spot since they parked it in August. We have no option to go up and talk face to face because they are only open weekdays durring first shift hours. Just extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism and efficiency this shop has.

Is it possible to give a negative rating? They sure deserve one. It took them nearly 6 MONTHS to do a 1 week job. Most of what they did had to be taken to another shop and corrected. This is a great place to take a vehicle you plan on abandoning.

There was a noise coming from my left back side of my car. They put it up in the lift for me. Looked at it and told me where I could take it to get an estimate. They were very helpful in very courteous.
