Tried calling office to let them know the rural carrier is NOT delivering our mail daily but no answer. I tried Saturday morning and teice today....poor customer service. Note: The reason i know we're not getting out mail is bc I get an email every morning with what's in the mail and it doesn't show up unless I mark as not delivered then it'll show up the next day.) The carrier prior to this one was extremely proficient! This person needs to be held accountable as some of the late mail is critical that we get on time!

Called yesterday needing help with a package. Lady said as soon as the other person comes back from lunch she will call me. Guess what ? I got no call. Guess my concerns don't matter. PO can't get my package to me, going all over america except where I live, and I have nobody that will help.

Shoving packages to big for mailbox making them hard to retrieve. Though I know nothing will be done. Your average is 2.6 stars. The sidewalk is clear.

Had an appt scheduled for a passport and she refused it because it wasn’t on her printed out schedule. Extremely rude and horrible customer service. I don’t normally leave reviews but it was by far the worst customer service I have every experienced anywhere.

I asked the lady that was running the delphos office if she could put a package on hold there instead of it getting sent to my post office in Middle point. I asked this because I had to work before my local post office opened. She said she would and guess what...? She had made no attempt. Its medication i desperately need and it was already 2-3 days late PRIORITY MAIL package. If she didnt want to do it or was going to be there id have a LITTLE more respect for her, but no. Id also like to add thst she was almost rude/had an attitude over the phone from the second i said Hello my name is...... When she asked for my address I started to give her my name again and she cut me off and said, "Yeah you already said that". If she would of let me finish, I was going to spell my first and last name because there's various spellings of both. If you dont like your job, leave. She dodoesn belong in customer service, especially handling people's mail! I would not put anything past this lady just on her demeanor. Cant remember her name but will find and update post. I want to say it was Catherine? I could he totally wrong though, so dont quote me. BEWARE OF HER. You'll know who she is as woon as you talk to her unless managemnnt gets it through her thick skull she cant be in customer service and talk/act this way. Especially in USPS. Ive been in customer service myself for almost 15 years, including management. This lady is so wrong.

the last 2 times I have ordered something that was SUPPOSED to be delivered through USPS it just magically dissapears into thin air? Then when you call to ask about what happened the response is "Oh I dont know", "I can't find it in the system", "I put it in your box I dont know what happened to it?" You might want to be ready to fill out a police report before ordering something that will be making its way through this CLEPTO post office. If stealing isnt the issue then the supervisor needs to be fired IMMEDIATLEY because not only does she have a bad attitude and horrible customer service skills but she runs her office like a late night brothel never knowing what comes in, what goes out, or who has what.
