Switching pharmacy’s soon I have 4 foster children who need medicines and every time I go to pick up a medicine normally for multiple kids at a time I try to make it easy for them but met with no hellos I am always nice and polite just feel not welcomed I said thank you after my medicine was handed to me today and nothing from the worker

Angela in the pharmacy is the BEST. When my dad was running low on a heart medication and getting the runaround from his providers at Mercy Health about obtaining a refill, Angela was able to get someone at the primary care office to write the prescription. My dad had been trying for 4 days. Angela, you are a Healthcare Hero to our family. You made the impossible happen and did it so well my dad won't need a refill for quite some time.

Some people in the pharmacy are very rude. If you're looking for quality prescription services, you'd be better going somewhere else.

I've been to this store a couple of times and it is always clean and well maintained. I've had great service up front and in the pharmacy (I transfer my prescription between Rite Aids rather often) and they took great care of me.Definitely happy to have a Rite Aid in Delphos with a caring and courteous staff and helpful, kind management.

First off, the store was very clean and the workers were very nice UNTIL I saw a man who appeared to be the General Manager was sexual inappropriate to the girls who were working. This is unacceptable and definitely made all of us costumers in the store uncomfortable. I definitely won't be returning to the store. yes

I get all of my Rx filled here. They are a very busy pharmacy. I normally call in my refills with the phone prompts and my refill is always ready when I show up to pick it up. I have never had a mix up or any issues with my meds. My Dr. puts my orders in electronically and by the time I get there it is ready for me. The retail portion of the store is well stocked. I appreciate that I am able to find specialty medical items there that are not normally carried at the big box stores. The prices are higher than the big box stores, but that is normally the cost of convenience for me.

Fill your prescriptions. Doctor called in prescription for me yestersay. I just returned to the area so when I left the doctors I called to update phone number, address and insurance. Twice I asked it I could give her insurance info and she said no just bring it with you. I live outside of Delphos and do not have a car.
