Poor running tractors. Was assigned one piece of junk after another. Ended up quitting due to not getting a decent truck to do the job.

Nazareth PA location service manager has no clue the difference of tractors. And a 10 minute repair takes 4 days I would not recommend AIM to anyone whatsoever And your loaner International tractors are not driver friendly and they are junk and in disrepair

Service is good until you have a major mechanical failure and then you play the AIM GAME...if it's not covered under warranty then the customer pays the bill because in the AIM GAME it's always the drivers fault, not the fact that they do a half a** service and miss half the grease fittings and who know if they take the plugs out of the rear ends or transmission to see if they have fluid in them. I have 5 trucks through AIM and the contract won't end soon enough. Also the customer service is great I sent a few emails out about a month ago and no response from anyone.
