Took my 18 month old to get his haircut for easter pics ! I asked the lady if it would be ok if he sat on my lap while she cut i knew from his 1st cut its just what worked and she kinda rudely said "no i don't cut like that" i said ok we'll just try setting him down idk if it'll work she again said "i just don't cut like that " ok cool i gave him my phone he sat pretty still after a little convincing, so i showed her a pic of a toddler how i wanted it faded she said ok and she started asked if the side look ok length wise i said yes then she literally cut the top almost the same length so i had to ask her to take the side lower bcuz it doesnt look like a fade i said that 2 maybe 3x she said it was bcuz he has baby hair lol like that makes sense of why u gave him a buzz cut she didn't even dust the hair off him my advice is never take a child thr i saw 3 workers if they were kid friendly when the lady said she doesn't cut that way someone would have said ill do it . I was nice i tipped her and said thank u but i could have done what she did with a pair of clippers its not only that it looks bad its that not one thing was "good" about the experience i even called the day before and specifically asked can they do a fade for an 18 month ols . We visited the store on Sunday 02/11/2024. It advertised it was open until 5pm. We arrived at 4:45pm and was told they were already closed and the till was already put away. I told them their site advertised 5pm but they just shrugged and said they had already closed for the day. They have lost business for their false hours/advertisement and I will never go too their business again. I will also tell my friends and family to go to Supercuts or Sportclips instead.

This is the worst great clips in the area the stylist are horrible at customer service and will continue personal conversations while messing up your hair. I asked for a high and tight and she chopped the top to the skin and said yeahhh I’m not charging for this cut… I left looking like a cue ball definitely not a high and tight. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else even though the cut was free I don’t feel like that makes it better. Amazing that these people are considered professionals as soon as she decided she wasn’t charging me she flew through the remainder of the cut. Absolutely horrible service.

I was invited to a cocktail party with limited notice and was unable to book an appointment for an updo at another salon because they were either booked or closed for Sunday. Great Clips to the rescue!!!! I’m incapable of making my hair look nice on my own, and Bridgette (spelling?) literally saved the day! She did a great job on my hair, and I was surprised at how affordable it was too! Thanks again!!!

Walked in today on Sunday. Couple of people waiting but a stylist took me in right away. All I wanted was a trim to clean me up since I plan to get a perm later. Dani did a great job. Salon was clean, several stylists. I will be back to see Dani again.
