5/25/24: excessive wait time just to pick up a phone charger that was already ordered and ready for pick up
UPDATE 5/26/24: I was given the wrong charger and had to go back up to the store Waiting for 30 minutes, Employees were just standing around coversating. Finally one employee went behind a desk and grabbed the charger that I needed. All that time waisted just for a charger.

The manager lady at this store is rude and useless. I've watched her on 2 different occasions with busy stores not actually help anyone just float around and say they are busy. The reps will change your plan without telling you and then you will randomly lose phone service because they switched your plan. Because of the incompetence of the employees of this store I have had to spend 10+ hours on the phone trying to correct issues they have caused. I would drive an hour in the opposite direction to look for a different store.

Horrible experience every time I am here. I cannot get anything accomplished with Verizon via phone or Verizon in-store. You get one story from the person on the phone and another from the people in the store. It’s obvious they have no interest in doing their job or helping you. We switched to T-Mobile and saved over $100/month and have much better cell reception and customer service.

To save yourself the aggravation, if possible, just go to the Polaris Verizon store. Was waiting in the Delaware Verizon store for over an hour with no end in sight. Half the employees then disappeared and I gave up and went to the Polaris Verizon store. Was helped in what seemed like 5 minutes. Service was great and the store even has restrooms.

I was happy to receive help from Zak K. at this Delaware location. I was frustrated by spending multiple hours on the phone with Verizon being transferred multiple times. My time is valuable. Zak was friendly, patient, professional, calm, knowledgeable, caring and competent. He treated those around him with respect as well as those on the phone from Verizon. He was able to complete multiple transactions for me and I headed back to the store once again after running into complications via phone with Verizon. It took some time, but Zak was dedicated to the customer experience and accomplished what I needed.I am not a person to write reviews but feel the service I received deserves to be acknowledged. It was also appreciated that the busy store was clean and the other staff members were all very friendly as well.

Walked in to make a simple purchase of an iPhone screen protector, I probably should have just asked my wife to go ahead and hit me in the back with the softball bat in the trunk of my car. That would have been more enjoyable. The truth is businesses today hire lazy, entitled twits to provide what in todays world is an oxymoron, i.e, Customer Service! 15 minutes inside and no help! Walked the F out and will never return! Pathetic! Verizon you fail and you could give two flying F's!
