Walked in to make a simple purchase of an iPhone screen protector, I probably should have just asked my wife to go ahead and hit me in the back with the softball bat in the trunk of my car. That would have been more enjoyable. The truth is businesses today hire lazy, entitled twits to provide what in todays world is an oxymoron, i.e, Customer Service! 15 minutes inside and no help! Walked the F out and will never return! Pathetic! Verizon you fail and you could give two flying F's!

Kasie, Stephen, and Travis are all extremely rude. Flat out refused my requests and told me to call customer service if I had a problem with it, I did and they resolved all of my issues in less than 30 minutes and waived all fees for my troubles. Worst experience with Verizon and I'll never go back. These people want nothing more than your money and I can't believe they're allowed to work with the general public.

Teach their sales people how to help people not just sell the phone and push you out of the door. I'm a senior citizen and switched from an old flip phone to a new one, the sales person just kept saying no we can't transfer contacts, didn't want to answer questions - really was kind of a jerk. I then went to the small Verizon center near Kroger and the person there was friendly, polite and took the time to show me how the phone worked and was able to transfer my contacts. I will NEVER go back to the Verizon center on Sunbury Road - they don't know anything!!!!!

Very DISAPPOINTED with Verizon, you get no help anymore. As much as they charge for their phones and service you would think they would help their customers more.

They obviously don’t know their stuff. My phone screen cracked and I went in to see if I could fix it, I wasn’t sure what my insurance that I pay for monthly would cover. They told me over $150 to get a new screen, but once something really went wrong with the phone I would get a free replacement so I should wait. So I did. A few months later my SIM card reader stopped working and I got my “free” replacement phone. Got my bill for the next month and they charged me $330 for my old phone’s screen being cracked when I returned it. I called customer service and explained everything the store had told me. The guy I talked to was astounded at how misinformed I was by this location and waived the entire charge from my bill. Turns out, it would have only been $30 to fix my screen way back then, and then I wouldn’t have gotten a damaged device fee when I sent in for a replacement. Verizon is great, never had a problem with the actual company. This store is trash. Hope they never wanted commission from me ever again.
