Dropped by this location purely based on convenience of my location at the time.
Parking wasn't great but the location wasn't too busy and the service was quick! I don't know that I would recommend ... jusssst based on the parking.... but.... this location is downtown where I am NOT from... so I am not used to the parking situations down there.

I am consistently impressed with the professionalism and inviting environment at the USPS Delaware branch in zip code 43015. Every visit is a pleasant experience, thanks to the dedicated staff who always go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Their commitment to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and delivering top-notch postal services is evident in every interaction. Kudos to the team for doing such fantastic jobs every time I visit! Highly recommended!

USPS has delivered only two packages to my new address and both times they have “forgotten” to leave me the parcel key to actually access my package. It is also virtually impossible to reach someone on the phone at this office therefore I will be making yet another trip to the office so that I can get the key to access my packaged.

I've had nothing but trouble with getting my mail delivered since I've moved to Delaware. The street I live on has townhouses and space in the shared driveway for one car from each household. The only other place to park is the street. There is minimal space for parking and sometimes people we don't know are parked close to our mailbox. I read the website and if the mailbox is blocked everyday then the postal worker is not required to deliver the mail. However if it is something that happens occasionally they are REQUIRED to get out of the truck and deliver the mail. Not my carrier apparently. We had a bag of yard waste that got rained on a couple weeks ago while set out and he did not deliver the mail because it was supposedly blocked but had no problem running over it and breaking the paper bag open as he drove off. I watched it happen in disbelief. Any given week my mail is not delivered at least two days a week. I know it's not delivered because of informed delivery. Yet again, today, there was a very important item in the mail that we NEEDED. Mail not delivered. Last I checked it's not a holiday. My specific carrier needs to be given additional training as to what his job REQUIRES him to do. It is literally his job to deliver mail and if he can't do that maybe he needs a different job.

Delaware Post Office is underrated. Their staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. Unfortunately, I do not remember all the names of other wonderful ladies that has helped me before, but Anita and Gigi went above and beyond to help me with an international package -- they deserve a raise. Their deliverers are also a pleasure to interact with! We have used Delaware Post Office location multiple times and never had any issues with both domestic and international packages.

I do NOT normally leave bad reviews only good ones if I do. My experiences regularly with this person her name is Valerie abusive & rude. I have been coming to this PO over 20 yrs and there are two I refuse to wait on me she is one of them she is always always making it hard for me & my transactions today I went in to ship two ebay items I asked her please to print the labels 1st she refused to said she had to weigh them that is simply not true and wouldn't help me. I had to go too someone else the other two ladies who are amazing new what I was doing & the transaction was smooth! Please put her in the back she has no business working with people horrible customer service!!! alot of people would be happy to take her job! Sorry had enough of her abuse.

They straight up refused to help me. I needed to confirm a weight on a package and they told me know and just took the package anyway even though I knew the current label wasn’t correct. Very frustrating when they wouldn't even hear what I was asking and just kept telling me no.

Truly sad their carriers can’t tell West from south. No matter how many times we complained, stuff still gets delivered to our neighbor instead of us. Oh well, we report the incorrect delivery to the merchant and get a refund bc our neighbor will just keep our stuff and USPS won’t do anything abt it. Our neighbor has gotten $500-1000 dollars worth of free stuff bc of USPS is so incompetent. We get a refund, the merchant loses money and hopefully stops using USPS. I wish the us postal system would just fail already.

Nobody reviews the post office unless they have a problem. Post office is great. Knock on wood but I've never had a package lost of the many I've sent and received. Thank you post office. You're a pillar of society.

The Delaware Post Office has a mail drop box available anytime, clearly marked in a drive-thru lane around the back of the building.But most of all, it is positioned so you can easily deposit your mail with having to get out of your car. Well done USPS!

My packages weren't delivered due to "incomplete address". I have been calling since 8:32 this morning, it is now almost 4 o'clock and not a single phone call answered. It's rare to even get our daily mail anymore. Terrible.
