Always courteous & quick service. This is the only ups store I will go to because the ones closer to me are rude & packages have been broken if shipped through the other ups store & from the post office. This has been the best store for past 5 yrs.

The customer service I recieved from bringing my item in to ship over night and not being knowledgeable how to do it . The gentleman was able to package and ship my item for me.. It was easy and stress free.

The Delaware, Ohio Sandusky Street UPS store employees are the best I’ve ever encountered. They are always kind, polite, respectful and patient. I wish everyone working in customer service could observe and emulate their phenomenal service.
