I had a very bad experience the last 2 times with service. Last time I scheduled service 2 weeks in advance for a part replacement just to be told on the day of the appointment that they never ordered the part and that they didn't have it in stock so they cancelled. They blamed this on internal miscommunication between the person who scheduled the service and the specialist that gave me the initial quote for this service. I called today to reschedule this service for 2/23 but the person who answered was so rude from the beginning of the call. I tried to explain what happened last time but she didn't let me explain and said if the specialist had questions she would call me. I asked for the extension to try to call her later to avoid what happened last time but the person on the call responses that the specialist was busy. Not very professional service, at this time I just have to hope that they have the part ready the day of the appointment. Very frustrating experience

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Byers Toyota, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The team, especially Shawn Anthony, went above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable. Their flexibility and attention to detail stood out, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire transaction. I highly recommend Byers Toyota, and a special shout-out to Shawn Anthony for his exceptional service!

Hi! About a month ago I placed a $500 deposit on a 2023 Toyota Hybrid Corolla at Byer's Toyota of Delaware, Ohio. I am a US service member serving on a short deployment and unable to come directly into the dealership to take care of business. Today I received a call from Joel from the finance department and the I believe the second call from the General Manager. Unfortunately, I was told that they could not verify my identity since the security questions were answered incorrectly! The finance guy joked about me being a fictitious person and there was nothing else they could do for me. They told me they don't hold cars, but would hold this till the end of the month. In the past I was always under the impression that if you place a deposit, they are under obligation with you till you pick up the vehicle or give you a time frame to take ownership of the vehicle. This is the first time this has ever happened to me, and it left me in amazement. Previous experience with Toyota has been nothing short of incredible, and the level of professionalism just unmatched. They went the extra yard to make my buying experience truly unbelievable. I have recommended our last dealership to all of our friends and to my soldiers who have made many purchases and received many thanks for the referrals.Usually I don't leave reviews, but in this instance, I felt I should leave a review. Also posting reviews on Yelp and Google for others to see. I'd give a 0 out of 5 for these guys.Very Respectfully,Michael WiewiorskiUS Army Captain

Buyer beware!! They advertise low prices online, but that is where the customer service stops. When you pay thousands of dollars for a car, there are certain things you expect. One thing is 2 keys and fobs. They are not cheap! They were not willing to do anything to get me 2 keys instead of one. "That is what it comes with and that is what you get". I even asked to do a compromise with the cost of a 2nd one. No not happening. They don't really act like they care if you buy there, because they advertise low prices-they expect someone else will come in and buy it. I will take my business elsewhere even if it means spending more. There is more to selling a car than just price.

I drove almost two hours to find a minivan, Calvin was absolutely awesome at helping me find one that fit my needs. He didn’t pressure anything and genuinely seemed to care! However, the used car manager was extremely rude and condescending. Not to mention I left with almost no gas in the vehicle I just paid $49,000 for. Him and the finance guy basically laughed in my face when i asked if they would fill it before I left. I get it is not a requirement but when you drive two hours, spend that much money on a van and then have to fill TWO vehicles up just to get back home, it’s just kind of annoying. Had there not been a shortage on vehicles, I absolutely would have gone elsewhere just because of the managers attitude.

I Worked with the internet sales manager Tony P. who was awesome. Tony was very responsive and everything was as he had said it would be as far as the price. I would not hesitate to buy a car from him again!

I had scheduled time for my car to get the work done for it's recall. Chelsie checked me in and she was efficient and professional. They repaired it very quickly and under the estimated time, which I was happy with since I was waiting in the waiting area.

Just overall poor experience over time. The quality has drastically deteriorated over the past 7-8 years. I received wrong information on multiple occasions regarding my repairs. Not going there again.

I requested a test drive of a 2018 Honda Civic a month ago. I let the salesman know I was 1.5 hours away. I had been pre-approved for financing by my bank, but did their financing application in the hopes of being offered better rates. They approved me as well. So I scheduled a morning off of work and set up somebody to take me to the dealership for the car. I received an e-mail the afternoon prior to my appointment telling me the car I wanted had been sold - and offering me a different car. I elected not to move forward with Byers Auto Group, and purchased a car elsewhere. A few weeks later, I received a letter in the mail stating that my financing had been denied. My credit score is above 800; there is no legitimate financial reason for this denial. This dealership is not a trustworthy place to purchase a vehicle.

Purchased a new 2018 Rav 4 in Dec 2019. Traveled the approx 23 miles to this dealership because they had the color I wanted! Had the vehicle in for routine service in Jan 2020. After that Noticed that there was a "wave" at the top of the piece that covers the top of the back door. It is a molded "plastic" piece (yes, $35,0000 cars are made of plastic!).Took it in today assuming would be covered under warranty. They say "something " very hot was laid on the top of the car to cause this. Car has not left the our garage since their service as verified by the mileage. My only thought is that they may have had some heater ( it was January!) or work light they laid on the car, something like that. When I asked for video footage of my service, was told they do have cameras in the area but the tapes were not available. They claim no responsibility. This is just preposterous to me. In addition to the car we also purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle. We will no longer go to this dealership for anything and I would highly recommend you do the same. Something happened there that they don't want to acknowledge.

Bang for your buck: 8/10 Quality: 9/10 Service: 8/10 Ambiance/Location: 10/10 Overall: 8/10 Overall, a pretty good experience at Beyers. We came in to see two vehicles we saw on their website and were able to test drive them same day. Our salesman was attentive, though definitely a salesman. I know it's their job, but I think we're living in a day and age when we have little patience for sneaky sales tactics, and it would be nice if those in the industry got on board. We purchased a vehicle and feel we got a pretty fair deal though it did take quite a bit of negotiating. When my temporary tags expired, I learned the dealership hadn't turned the title into my name. After calling and leaving six messages to the finance department, I still never heard back regarding this and wound up having to pay for another temporary tag. Hate to feel like you're not worth their time and energy after you hand over the cash.

The one star is for the annoying popups on their website. Good grief is it hard to browse and stay focused. Used to be that was the M. O. once you got to the dealership now it happens during the web search!

Robert was amazing! Our car battery died and we just so happened to be next to this business. With no hesitation at all Robert jumped our car for us and got the car started! He went above and beyond when he didn't have to at all! Would recommend their customer device!
