It was extremely confusing as a first time renter. It took 20 minutes to find our unit. We were given the unit number, but those numbers weren't found on the outside of the buildings. We had to go through each one and search for our unit. The gate to get out of the place was out of order. We had to reverse out of there on very narrow roads with a 10 ft trailer, and go back around to the entrance to get out. The unit was clean and lit up. Very nice size for the price.

Great storage facility. Always clean and very well maintained. Staff are very personable helpful and available to speak with. Easy access and good hours of operation. Very secure facility. Would not hesitate to rent storage here again.

Would not recommend this place!! I’m currently in the process of moving when I went to move my stuff out of my unit and noticed that everything has water damage and is absolutely covered in mold. There is rat feces on everything and the smell is absolutely horrible. When I reported the damage I told them I think the whole building has mold. I was told that there’s nothing they can do and each person just has to report it themselves. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you value anything that you’re storing.

They raise the rates in new customers after 3 months. Online rates are bait-and-switch temporary promo’s, but they aren’t advertised that way. They’re a month-to-month, no guaranteed rates. Beware!

I needed a storage unit and filled out all necessary paperwork online!! Everything was fast and easy! When I arrived to the location, I was able to easily find my unit and they had to provided me with a lock and keys!

The people I talk to are always nice. Location and basic bldgs are fine. However, have to keep items off floor as it gets wet when it rains!!!A multitude of stinkbugs invade also.
