We found ourselves in Acron OH and in need of a fuel refill so we stopped at a Sheetz. The made to order food kiosk was intriguing so we ordered burgers and fries. The food was quick to arrive, made to order with dozens of choices and spectacularly delicious when it arrived.
Sadly, there is not a Sheetz where we live, it was a fun experience we would love to repeat. ???

My experience with Sheetz has been consistently disappointing, and I’ve officially had enough. First off, they charge you 50 cents for a tiny sauce cup, but they never even fill it all the way. Every time, it’s half empty, like they’re trying to save on something as cheap as nacho cheese sauce. If you're going to charge extra, at least fill the cup! It's a small thing, but it feels like I'm being ripped off over and over.
On top of that, their late-night staff is always rude and unhelpful. Any time I’ve needed something or had an issue, I’ve been met with attitude and zero willingness to help. It's like they couldn't care less about customer service. And don't even get me started on the restrooms. They're consistently filthy—like they haven't been cleaned in hours, if not days. It’s really unacceptable for a place that’s open 24/7.
Between the overpriced sauce cups that are always almost empty, the rude staff, and the dirty facilities, I’m done with Sheetz. There are better options out there that don’t cut corners and actually care about their customers. I won’t be coming back. Even McDonalds is better then y'all.

Idk if they’re short staffed or just don’t care. But inside of store is absolutely trashed. Mens room was disgusting and had no toilet paper. Outside trash cans are overflowing and trash blowing around. Come on guys this is not up to par at all.

Good prices, lots of space, and easily assessable from the road. They provide trash cans and window cleaning water and brushes. Clean restrooms and lots of food options. Blue sky car wash right next door.

This Sheetz is one of my favorite not just because it's close to my house but because the service is amazing and the food is always cooks amazing. This place is always clean and run very well. I highly recommend it

1 star because I can't use no stars I was in the restroom and an employee was in a stall going number 2 and when was done went straight back to work behind the counter DID NOT STOP AND WASH HAMDS AFTER WIPING BUTT I AM SOO DISCUSTED thos store will be lucky if I don't report it for carelessness of peoples health at this establishment

Usually get the sausage egg and cheese croissant which is always good. Today I got the smaller egg and sausage burrito. It was terrible. Looked more like refried beans and some yellowish stuff. Got 2 for $4. Ate half of one and trashed the other one. Don't get them.

Who would have thunk.I've had people tell me Sheetz has great food. I figured, let's give it a go. Ordered a custom grilled chicken sandwich and my wife customized her wrap.Gas, 10w30 and custom food - get outta here.Actually, quite impressive. I grew up on McDonalds and Wendy's, and Sheetz gives them a run. Prices are extremely reasonable, the menu is great, and the food even better.I'm embarrassed to admit that I'll be back - crazy not to.

Thank you for the price drop Sheetz! Can you hire attendants to help direct traffic next time? People are line jumping and also leaving their car at the pump to go inside and buy food, which makes the wait longer. A few extra employees (even if you have to outsource them) will keep things running smoothly and calm the chaos outside.

Just heard how sheetz let an employee go bc her front teeth were knocked out do to domestic violence (dv). Since when do victims of dv are kicked to the curb. I would never patronize your store.

This Sheetz is without a doubt one of the best gas stations I've ever visited. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the food and snack selection is amazing and they even have thier own brand of pop (which is also amazing). All the amenities a gas station could ever need and more is here. All the gas pumps are clean and fully functional, the lights are all working and bright for safety. This place even has build your own milkshakes! It doesn't get better than Sheetz.

Awesome! I've heard the rave reviews and now I know why it's so beloved! Delicious burgers, chicken and fries. Ordering is so easy with the in-store kiosk. Can't wait to try to many yummy food combinations!

I got a glass of ice water from the fountain pop. I was charged $1.19. I also purchased 2 engery drinks . My total cost was over $8. I won't be returning any time soon
