Very knowledgeable and informative. Never had a pair of shoes fit this well. I'm a flat foot and very wide shoe, and finding shoes that fit isn't easy. Shoes were ordered and in hand within a week. Great service thanks so much.

The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. I knew what shoe I wanted and he showed me comparable styles/brands to try that were equally comfortable and fit my needs. My shoe had to be ordered in and was received within a week. Very happy with the location, product, and service.

Had a GREAT experience today. Recently started walking daily, sometimes more than once a day. I was noticing my feet were hurting and my mom and I were downtown today and decided to stop in. The sneakers I wore compared to the ones I purchased were drastically different. It’s crazy what I learned today! Left with some of the most comfortable sneakers i’ve ever worn. Before today, I never knew how important it is to find the right shoes for your feet. Cant wait to be comfortable and not in pain while i’m exercising. Thank you tons!!!

Second Sole has helped me to find comfortable shoes through the years. There is no “rushed through” feeling—even if you try on 6 pairs! Remember to bring your old shoes, as they analyze the wear patterns. This is a customer friendly location. Proper fit is of the utmost importance.

My mom and I had a really great experience here last weekend shopping for new athletic shoes. We received friendly, personalized service from the owner. He took the time to have us try on several different pairs of shoes based on our foot structure and activity levels. He was not trying to push any brand but instead had us determine what fit the best. Will definitely come back here and recommend this place to friends and family!

While I have heard good things, have made a few quick stops in to the store and have even passed along recommendations for Second Sole, today was the first time I visited with a real need for help in finding the right running shoes for my son. What an amazing experience! Jerry took so much time with us and I feel confident that we have the best shoe for what my son needs. Exceptional customer service!

They will help you find the perfect shoes for your weird feet so you can do your workout or run comfortably with lower risk of injury. Expensive, but worth it. Stay safe. Run well.

A great local place to get a great pair of athletic shoes. Customer service was top notch and I was thoroughly pleased with my overall experience. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what you need for your type of foot, he even pointed out something about the way I stand I've never noticed. I bought the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned here just because of his attentiveness to customer care
