Extremely bad job. Bad customer service. She ruin my new suit pants. Took my new suit pants for resizing after paying $50, there is a whole in the back of the pants. Would have given her negative 10 if I had the option. Very disappointed, do not take alterations need there, she is the worst. You go there at your own risk.Service: Alterations

Very overpriced. Hung up on me three times while I was trying to get information from them.

I will ALWAYS USE this place for my all dry cleaning service in Delaware, Ohio. So glad that I found this place for my regular dry cleaning and alteration needs. Many dry cleaning stores are out of business after COVID pandemic and so glad this one survived with I am sure with their loyal customers. The owner is so welcoming and courteous to my needs and suggests best ways to take care of my jackets and clothes for better care and longer lives. I will definitely come here again for all my formal attires that require dry cleaning.Things that I love about this place:1) They charge 10-20% cheaper with their super quality of works yet I am very happy with cleaning/ironing services of all my jackets and dresses compared to other places that I have used -no wonder they don't issue any coupons or discount marketing2) Store is right next to Kroger so that I can go grocery shopping and drop off & pick up my clothesServices: Laundry wash & fold

I've been going to Safe Cleaners for over 20 years. They recently went above and beyond and were able to get a suit dry cleaned for a funeral very quickly. A special thanks to the owner for her great service.

I find these negative reviews to be 100% contrary to my 5 year long experience with this dry cleaner. I feel like I always receive the VIP experience every time I walk in. She even knows the name of my children since I've brought them with me a couple times early on. I Love this place!

I have a Guess jacket that the zipper was stuck. I was told by clerk at safe cleaners that the zipper needed replaced. $45 ...I picked up 1 week later. Looked great! Then I realized it was the same zipper. When I picked up I confirmed that it was a new zipper...she said yes. When I realized it wasn't I went back and asked. She said it was sent out? To where? I was also told she was going to replace herself. Also when I picked up she wasn't sure which was my jacket, picked it up out of a pile on a chair. No hanger, no plastic covering. She then admitted that zipper wasnt replaced and she gave me a partial refund. I stated how this was very bad business and misrepresented, she walked away from me and went into the back area. NEVER AGAIN! Ide give her a 0 if I could.

Don't waste your time or money. I went to the Sunbury Road location shortly after they first opened to get a spot removed from my husband's tie- not only was the spot still there- but it didn't even look liked they attempted to clean it. Since then I decided to give them another try - MISTAKE. I had a dress that needed the hem taken out (it was a little too short on me) I took it in and explained very carefully and repeated myself several times to make sure that the young lady understood- she said no problem. I went to pick it up when she told me it would be ready- not only was it not ready- but it wasn't even there. She had to make a phone call to find out where it was. SO I went back the following day- it was there- but when I looked at it- she did the exact opposite of what I asked for! She took the hem in more instead of letting it out. So I had to re-expalin it and then the lady there handed me the phone to explain it to someone else- who I am not sure spoke much English. Finally I went again to pick it up- not only did they charge me too much- they ruined my dress. The hem is wavey and my (white) dress was dirty. UGH. Don't go here.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! THEY TOLD ME WHEN I DROPPED OF MY COAT IT WOULD COST $2. WHEN I PICKED IT UP IT TURNED INTO $29.50. VERY POOR BUSINESS!!!! THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I SUGGEST YOU SAVE YOUR MONEY BY GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The people that work at this store are nice enough, but BARELY speak English. Every time I use them I have some sort of an issue. My shirts usually return "pressed" with wrinkles pressed right into them (very hard to get out) and a friend has picked up clothes only to find (when she got home) that the clothes had not been cleaned. I was also overcharged (almost double) because the lady who took my clothes from me told me it cost $X.xx, but when I picked my clothes up I was told that lady was wrong and I had to pay the higher price. Not a good business practice if you ask me. Unfortunately, this is the only Dry Cleaners on the West side of Delaware.
