  Hey heads up this drive through isn’t a real drive through like there’s no tubes. Make sure you bring a pen because the virtual guy in Michigan isn’t going to have the ability to send you one. Also no slips, they can’t stamp the check for deposit only, etc. As previous teller myself, I really can’t imagine how anyone could properly service anyone using this manner. It’s really a step backwards. I made a very low wage as a teller. It’s unreal they can afford these machines but can’t afford to pay that wage to properly staff them or take a chance on someone breaking an attached $5 pen…. really makes no sense other than seeing how low they can go before you’ll bank somewhere else. About this low for me.

  HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND PNC BANK THEY ARE SCANDALOUS. When I set up my accounts I got told if I did this 3 account set up, I would not be charged overdraft fees. In my retirement fund. I was negative 5? Had no idea. Got a paper in the mail about it ( took 10 days to get mailed to me) and by the time I got the paper I was charged 35$ for the overdraft. I'm closing my accounts on Monday. I e had so much of my hard earned money go into your guys pockets. And I'm not wealthy. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND PNC BANK even if I'm told that I will still be charged now for the overdrafting with my accounts. I'm still closing my accounts. You guys lied to me, stole my money, and given me stress. Unnecessary stress. Have a good day?

  Painfully slow. Usually 1 teller who visits instead of helping other customers. I truly hate going into this bank.

  1 starMessed up my account then refused to offer me a free notary service when I sell or buy a car a couple times a year. Lobby was completely empty when I asked. Branch manager directly told me not a favor they are willing to offer. Huntington has always done this for me as well as other branches.

  I've worked with this branch on several occasions and the staff is always very helpful and work very hard to quickly resolve any problems. Highly recommend them for any of your banking needs.

  My sister and I went to PNC because I was TRYING to open an account the man didn't even explain the different accounts offered. Then he said it would be a minimum of $500 which was fine but Huntington offers free checking. So his way of “dismissing us was he just started typing on his computer and we thought he was finding information to tell us but he looked up as though we were bothering him. I said oh we're done he said “uh yeah”. We got up and left. I couldn't believe it. He was extremely rude and unprofessional.

  So my gf Amanda finally opened up her first bank account with pnc and had the worst experience ever. She had someone writing her bad checks that she had to pay back resulting in the bank closing her account a day before her direct deposit from work would hit. Well we walked in and sat down with Quallan Prince who is absolutley amazing and deserves a raise and promotion. He opened her up a new account and got her direct deposit within that hour when he was told it may take up until midnight to get her money she should of had thursday. He did any and everything to make sure she was taken care of. This guy is awesome if you are ever in pnc go talk to him. He will educate you on finances on how the best way to save money so 20 years from now youll have 50 grand saved up. The first time we had someone from pnc actually listen to us and help us. Thank you again Quallan Prince you made us realize people do care in this world.

  Staff is rude & condescending. I tried to close my account and the banker tried to get out of doing their job & I had to come back, resulting in fees that they would not over turn. I've never asked for fee return so it's not like I'm a repeat offender. I'll never work with PNC again. Even explained that I was off work due to emergency surgery & had dates from my doctor. Totally uncaring!

  Wasn't the biggest fan of PNC. Or any bank. Greg the new manager. Wow. Fanatic man. Knows how to treat a customer and does it properly and quick.. Things haven't been going my way the past 2 months. Serious issues. and he just made my week. This week thanks Greg!

  If you are looking for a bank to call your personal bank, this is definitely it! The tellers are friendly and exceptionally helpful! They make you feel as if you are part of the family and remember those little details from prior conversations that make you feel valued.
