NovaCare in Lewis Center is easy to get to with plenty of parking. Had PT with Holley Joseph, she is great. It's easy to she that she cares about the patient and enjoys her day. I highly recommend NovaCare at this facility.

Horrible location! They don’t answer their phones for scheduling appointments. I finally got in 2 months later and was told that i would know whether my insurance would cover the service in advance of my appointment (i’d get a call) along with paperwork. I never received the paperwork or a call so had to come early to fill it out just to find out that the lady at the front didn’t know what my insurance coverage was and gave me false information regarding my benefits. Would not recommend! Very unorganized!

Do yourself a favor and don't go here, especially for pelvic floor therapy. You get far more privacy from an OB/GYN appointment and I thought that would carry over to this setting. I don't think the provider recognized that we were discussing extremely private and personal matter because she would leave the door open and want to talk about things in general PT areas and the lobby. I would have been better off with a private practitioner for sure. My other issue is that they are extremely misleading with what my insurance would cover. I was under the impression they called and talked with my insurance company and learned that I have a $40 co-pay for each session for 50 sessions. That's what they told me. I didn't know they made up a co-pay amount and I still needed to reach my deductible before insurance covers 80/20. So yes, I signed they form saying they would still bill my insurance company and I owe based on that. My insurance company doesn't even have a co-pay for physical therapy. I feel I was lied to, but I know NovaCare will insist otherwise. They also have issues with their online billing portal and I can't pay my bill online. They are shady. I would advise not going to NovaCare.

Worst Racist experience with the receptionist here.I have attended the Physical therapy at this NovaCare, Lewis Center. The therapists were really good and worked hard. The therapists are great.Things went worst After the Therapy with the service. After the therapy was over, I received 3 Invoices asking for $100 more. When I called to check what is this for, NovaCare Lewis Center receptionist - Lorraine, did not listen and asked me to call their call center. I tried a lot but was not able to resolve the issue. When I visited the place to get more details of the treatment, I got the shock of life. The receptionist (Lorraine) insulted us and literally refused to talk to us. She was extreme arrogant and rude. She refused to listen. After persisting, she dialed to customer care. I talked for few seconds and she started shouting. "I need phone. I need to work.".When I mentioned that, I am patient and need this help. She responded with "I don't care". We asked her to behave properly as she is in service industry, her response again was - I don't care. She refused to help on anything. I had issue with the invoice so I asked if I can get the details of the treatment, she refused and told she don't have anything in the system.

I had two sessions and during my first they gave me a printout with the cost, what my insurance covers and my responsibility. Mine was $60 and insurance allowed up to 20 sessions. After two sessions I get a $985.50 bill with insurance not even covering half. They are asking for almost $500 for two sessions where nothing really happened. They are highly unethical in their billing and clearly violating transparency laws in medical billing. If they were honest in the cost, I never would have agreed to come here. Do not go here unless you are prepared for them to lie about costs and end up with thousands in bills. Be prepared for giving them a blank check. I am so thankful I didn't go back as just a few more sessions would have been thousands.
