The parts driver is aggressive and drives recklessly. He was riding peoples bumpers and then flipping them off when they moved out of his way.

I always get treated well at this napa store. Staff is very helpful and takes the time to to help me get what i need. I an not a mechanic or auto parts expert, just a local resident. It’s my opinion that this store has the best experienced parts guys in the area.

Been Napa customer for over 50 yrs. Great parts and service. Good group of guys at the counter in Delaware store. Very knowledgeable and can get parts usually same day from the warehouse if not stocked at this location.

Rude employee at the counter. Just left after having his attention helping me find a part, wasn’t what I needed so asked him to look up another part number, in the middle of that answered the phone and helped someone for 10 minutes while I just stood there. Didn’t say anything to me or even look at me so I just walked out. Just blatantly ignored the fact he was in the middle of helping me.
