Not too busy. The staff is always saying hello when you're in the store shopping. Always a great experience.

Man, I really wanted to like this Kroger's since it's 2 minutes from my house and I've been a patron of the chain for over 30 years (and that's just my adult buying life-parents always shopped there). However, the chain (and this particular location) have continued to nose dive and underperform in spectacular fashion since the pandemic has ended. With the exception of one front end team member, there is not a single person I would hire in the business I run. A genuine lack of customer service is evident from their tertiary "HAVE A GREAT DAYS" (over the top to the point of sarcasm) to their general lack of desire to assist you when checking out your groceries (I dont think I've seen a checkout lane running with actual humans in over a year--but holy hell, prices keep skyrocketing). It really is disappointing as I know Kroger is an Ohio based brand, and I'd LOVE to see them continue to succeed long after I'm gone, but I just can not with them any longer. As I've watched most of my family members flee the brand for Meijer and Giant Eagle, I'm finally seeing the light and understand why my extended family members have already made the switch. Hope you guys can figure it out soon.

I will avoid this location from now on. They have NO cashiers, all lanes are self checkout, and for the second time i had to scan an entire cartful of groceries myself with a scanner that did not work well so it took FOREVER. Which was made even more frustrating by the fact that as I glanced around there were several employees just standing at the front of the store doing nothing! Self scanners are fine if you have a few items but no customer wants to do $300 of groceries themselves.

I'm posting this as a warning about using Kroger's delivery service. I put in an order on May 28, for $77 after having $52 of clipped coupons and savings. There weren't any available delivery slots until the next morning. So, the next morning around 7am, I got a text requesting substitution approvals, and at that time my total was still $77 on my receipt. My groceries arrived about an hour later, and then within 5 minutes, I got a notification that Kroger had charged me an extra $40, after the groceries were paid for the day before when the order was put in. I called Customer service and was told that all the savings and coupons On my order were no longer valid because the sale prices has ended at midnight., and there was nothing they could do. At no time, was I told or informed that any prices would change on my order. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and after 30 minutes of explaining that this charge had over drafted my account, she finally offered an in store $30 credit. That's not gonna fix my bank account, So is this right? I feel like they're using a technicality to steal from us. $40 is half of my weekly grocery budget. It's the difference in me being able to pay my water bill. I am no longer using any grocery delivery services from any store, and will no longer shop at Kroger at all. Be very careful who you allow access to your cards, apparently money is tight even for the big guys, and this is what they're resorting too.. think about it, and extra $40 on every grocery order is a whole lot of money. I'm ashamed of you Kroger!

All self checkouts, employees standing around chatting with each other. I hate self checkouts and I hate a store forcing me to use them. I left a whole cart full of groceries with the manager to put away. I don't mind the self checkout as an option but the no cashiers thing is ridiculous. Won't ever go back again

Not a single cashier. This is ridiculous. I wish I would have had a cart full of ice cream, because I would have left it there to melt. I refuse to be forced to use a self checkout. And how does the “union” not have a problem with getting rid of cashier jobs while the rest of the people get paid squat?

No cashiers. All self check outs. I was there tonight scanning and bagging my own groceries while I counted 6 employees standing there watching me doing nothing. Two young girl employees were running and chasing each other around the check outs like small children. They had no interest in helping anyone. Meanwhile you have elderly people and moms with small children trying to scan their own groceries. Will not be shopping here again.

The trial time is over. They got rid of all cashiers, so it's nothing but long lines and scanning errors that require a team member to fix. What a failure of a idea! Now I have to drive farther to Meijer, but they have cashiers! Kroger should swallow their pride and admit their experiment didn't work.
