I ordered a birthday cake days in advance. When I came to pick it up this is what I was given. I am SO disappointed right now. I had to accept it as there was no time to get another cake. I cannot believe this is what Kroger deems acceptable. Beware not to ever use their bakery for a cake

Since it is all self checkouts, l am done two employees came over to me this morning and blocked me because my dollar something packet of Lipton soup / veggie mix did not scan I didn’t even notice it. The whole outside area in front of store was wet, I am guessing it was being cleaned no mat was in the inside, floor was soaked. This was my favorite Kroger store I pass it everyday coming home from work, easy to get in and out of. But no more. If I could add up the money spent there it would be enormous, I could have made a scene but I was on my way to work. The one lady that blocked me knows I shop there a lot. I hate that this happened.

Went to Kroger tonight just to get one item and discovered that there's no cashiers, only people that may help bag groceries. It's totally ridiculous. Why did they get rid of cashiers which is a first job for many teenagers, and a part-time job for the elderly to make ends meet . Also think about your customers who are elderly or have to problems. Trying to figure out what product they bought and trying to look them up. Totally ridiculous . I will not be shopping in the store unless it's absolutely necessary. I will check out the Lewis center store if they're doing the same thing that I will find another supermarket that has cashiers and shop there.

They are definitely NOT in sync with OHLQ and that is really a shame. I've driven there 3 times this year for a particular Bourbon that OHLQ said was in stock and it wasnt.

I'm no expert on liquor stores but the inventory of the bourbon that I like is extremely limited and expensive. Vodka is plentiful and seems to be more reasonably priced

Always friendly staff. I just wish they would have more than one cashier on the busy hours. Only open till 9pm when other kroger spirits are open till 10

They DO have whiskey and gin. The staff are always very friendly, prompt and helpful!
