I ordered a birthday cake days in advance. When I came to pick it up this is what I was given. I am SO disappointed right now. I had to accept it as there was no time to get another cake. I cannot believe this is what Kroger deems acceptable. Beware not to ever use their bakery for a cake

Incorrect price on items. Disrespectful employees. Will not be back. My tolerance for price fraud is no longer existent.

The pharmacist is so kind and listens to all the Karens and Kens. I want to share how grateful I am to her. These people are so mean to her.We as a community should be aware of how mean we are to customer service people.Respect is owed to her.

Went to Kroger tonight just to get one item and discovered that there's no cashiers, only people that may help bag groceries. It's totally ridiculous. Why did they get rid of cashiers which is a first job for many teenagers, and a part-time job for the elderly to make ends meet . Also think about your customers who are elderly or have to problems. Trying to figure out what product they bought and trying to look them up. Totally ridiculous . I will not be shopping in the store unless it's absolutely necessary. I will check out the Lewis center store if they're doing the same thing that I will find another supermarket that has cashiers and shop there.

Need better hours. Used to be good until I legit get in line and they tell me they are closed yet helping a customer still. Likely will be switching to a pharmacy that can be open better hours or just switch to mail order

I went in to pick up my prescription today that was sent via internet from my Doctor. I arrived 2 hours later and was told that it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow because there were over 100 prescriptions to be filled in front of me!!!

Horrible experience trying to get Covid vaccine for my wife here. After a year of strict quarantine my wife's medical condition made her eligible for vaccination but her excitement quickly turned in to a embarrassing experience at this location.Right from the get go they treated us with suspicion. When my wife mentioned her medical condition she was told that she is not eligible. She tried to explain it again and at one point even tried to spell out her condition name (Stating her medical condition multiple times in a public space) but her appointment was quickly cancelled while were still at the window. We stepped away from the window to pull up the ODH website on our phone to show them her medical condition in the list of eligible conditions. At the end their answer was "We misinterpreted her condition" and were told to rebook the appointment. How can you misinterpret a medical condition when there are only hand full of them that make you eligible at this point is beyond me.Fortunately we were able to find appointment at another location on the same day and all my wife had to do was mention her condition name only once no other questions asked.Their incompetence and ability to judge people with lightening speed left my wife with a horrible vaccination experience at this location.

Wow. Talk about Good News Friday! This Kroger is now one of my favorite locations in the entire nation for groceries; all because of one small decision (huge to me)! This past week I stopped in for a 10:30PM late night shopping spree to collect some fresh fruit, bread and some cheese; great selection by the way. As usual I enjoyed using my Kroger perks card and getting those gas points. On my way out, I dropped my wallet with $100 cash and all my belongings in the parking lot. I wouldn't find out that I lost my wallet until the following day. After frantic searching and my memory trail I decided to call Kroger to see if they had my wallet. Yes sir, we have it. After receiving my wallet, I found out that a Kroger employee named Brandon (didn't get to meet him) had found it and made sure I got it back. WOW, I left Brandon with $40 and want to make sure this Kroger gets credit for way over the top 5-star service. INCREDIBLE. This stuff actually happens in real life still, GREAT, HONEST people. There is hope folks.... Thank you Brandon and Kroger Team!

This Kroger is fine, a little smaller than most, they don't carry everything the other Kroger in town does but it's good enough if you are on that side of town and don't feel like going all the way to the other one. Plus it has a state liquor store, so, yeah, there's that.

I cannot say how excited I am that this Kroger location now has click list. I used to drive to the opposite end of town just for that and now I don't have to. I always get everything I order and if something happens to be out of stock they always substitute it for me. Compared to the other Kroger in town this one is much smaller so the variety is not as great. I will say when I actually have to go inside the store everyone is so willing to help and accommodating. I don't know if I just always come at the wrong times though but the check out lines are always long and only like 2 lanes open. I love Kroger though and will always do all my shopping here.

I don't make a special trip to this Kroger but if I'm nearby and need something, I'll stop. Today I witnessed a produce stocker complain about another coworker being on lunch. That stuff just makes this store a not-so enjoyable shopping experience.
