The people at this branch are very nice but it’s hard to get in contact with anyone in a timely manner. They rarely answer the phone and it takes a few hours to get a return call. Makes it a little difficult for business needs to be addressed.

I have always received excellent help and service at this Huntington branch, but yesterday the bank manager, John, saved me from being the victim of fraud. Due to his intelligence, caution, and expertise, he prevented me from losing over $7000. My thanks and appreciation to Huntington Bank!

John and Griffin were absolutely wonderful!! They helped me and my daughter very fast and very efficiently. They made adding her to my account. A very easy experience. And Griffin's way of introducing himself and talking to us while we were waiting was very kind and attentive. I appreciate his service my daughter liked when John explained things to her and he was very helpful and he held my phone for me because I left it at the bank lol. Thank you guys and I'm going to keep banking with you guys!!

Not friendly at all. Went into the bank to open an account t and they requested a social security card in addition to a passport and a drivers license . Not customer friendly at all.. However when they found out the sum of the amount I wanted to deposit all of a sudden it was no problem with the forms of identification that I had on my person. It’s a wonder they receive any business at all with the lack of unprofessionalism.

Mom passed away. Huntington froze her account. Wouldn't let us pay her Huntington Bank Credit Card with the money in her bank accounts... then the F'ers Charge us a Late Fee and Interest.. You can't make this Fn stuff up. Then I found that the Huntington Bank Financial Advisor put my mom in a Fee 3.25 transfer in money market account fund. When there are plenty of No Fee Funds out there for that.. They were Predators out there with my mom being Disabled. This is on top of when I worked for Huntington Bank in 2001-2004 when they Illegally Spied on my home Computer searches, emails, GPS locations, phone calls and then harassed me with my own information when I got to the office... EVIL PEOPLE

I had a terrible experience with a branch and customer service. Like the reviewer below, I witnessed unprofessional behavior that appears to be commonplace for other customers as well. Disrespectful behaviors towards customers is indicative of a culture within the bank that does little to value their customers. So long as you don't fall victim to their mistakes, you may never know how dreadful this bank is.

I wish I could give this piece of crap bank a negative star review! Worst bank and service ever in my life. Beware. I'll stick with Chase. Been with them since 1994 and sorry I almost completely switched to Huntington. Never. Do not trust these sleazeballs, just trying to steal customers with their sly talk. Unbelievable.

An average Huntington Bank location. Has safe deposit boxes and a decent drive through. Friendly service, but can be slow at peak hours.

Attempted to deposit a business check to our business account for ~$12k. Stated on check 2 signatures needed over $5k. Told the manager Alex that I contacted the company and they said 2 signatures were not needed any longer but they do not want to dispose of the checks. Explained this to Alex and he still would not deposit because we can be charged a fee if it is denied. I was willing to take that chance since I know the business would cash with 1 signature. This is not the first time I attempted to cash a check from this business and had no issues until today. Alex was not respectful of my issues and just told me to try another Huntington branch. This comment was uncalled for by Alex. Customer Service training is needed.

Delaware is terrible for ATM's for this bank. The only one they have for deposits works some of the time. After using it on Saturday, it would not eject my card. This happened to the person behind me too. I called Monday morning and was given attitude about "no one available to go out and retrieve it." Are you serious? This ancient machine kept my card and I was without money all weekend. Had to cancel plans on Sunday because of this. When I went to get my card back I was informed I had to come in. Could I be any more inconvenienced here? No apology at any point in this fiasco. Like it was my fault. I reacted in a very unflattering matter unlike me and was upset all day. And to top it off, two days later my card number was used in a fraudulent transaction. Hard to imagine this is a coincidence.
