The staff are always very nice but the wait is very long, with staff alternating from front to drive through while waiting on people. I prefer the branch on Hwy 23 for service, but this branch is closer.

The chatty guy missed scanning a check, he did the operations in a bizarre disorganized way. He cam up with a different total than me. Decided his total must be right.Upon reviewing online I found his error. I contacted online support and explained exactly the problem. They responded no changes, they don't make mistakes.I went to the branch, sadly got the same guy. I explained the issue. He seemed confused and denied that there could be an error. I argued well there is and I want it fixed. He says okay, we have the original deposit here let him get it out. He goes and brings up the checks I deposited. He goes through them and gets real quiet. Would you look at that, it sure is wrong. Let me fix that for you.What a sorry organization unable to fix errors or unable to identify and correct in a reasonable manner. The online folks could have asked the branch to look into it and saved me 45 minutes.

At this Huntington branch there is always a extremely long wait no matter if you go in the lobby or the drive-thru! The staff is very friendly but whoever is the district manager has no clue on how to make sure their branches are properly staffed and able to take care of customers. Seems like Huntington is more worried about the bottom line than customers or staff. If I can't get efficient service I will be closing all my accounts with Huntington and going to a different bank.

Three stars for the awesome ladies inside. But I want to give zero stars because your ATM literally is never functioning. I always have to drive across town to use the ATM. So obnoxious :/ PLEASE fix your ATM
