Customer service here is really friendly and helpful, and prices are reasonable. I like that they keep record of your purchase history with your phone number for ease of returns and exchanges.

Great deals for tools you only use once in awhile. Their tools are not meant for heavy use, but if it is just something you only use a couple times a year it is way better than having a $100 Snap-on version setting around. Just keep in mind the safety aspect as well. I would not buy a hydraulic press or anything along that line there, anything that might get you hurt if it comes apart.

Customer service is excellent, store is very clean and well-stocked. This is now my go-to HF store in central Ohio and worth driving outta the way to visit. Highly recommend.

Stores great but an employee was following us around the whole time I was there asking if I needed help. You only need to ask a customer once if they need help not follow them around the store.

Great place to get that tool that you want use every day but you need. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you ask a question the answer to the best, their ability or will look up the answer for you.

Store is what you would expect from harbor freight, rating reflects the annoying 'customer service'. Stop trying to sign me up for whatever nonsense you have and wanting my information. Geez I'm only buying a wire brush

Staff of this Delaware store is more helpful and the store is comparatively much cleaner and tidier.than other stores.
