Gibson the Florist of Delaware, Ohio did all of the flowers for my daughter's wedding last weekend. Dawn and her staff wer such a dear to work with. My daughter was very specific in her requests and Dawn delivered beautiful bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, a church arrangement that then was brought to the venue and set in front of the head table as well as bud vase flowers for all 30 tables. I loved that we were able to shop local and work with this caring business owner. Can't recommend enough. Gibson's also did the flowers for my mom's funeral last November and did a beautiful job with that, too. Dawn heard that my mom loved animal print and purchased a scarf to go into an arrangement so that it would look like something she would have loved.

I ordered an arrangement of flowers and was not happy due to the vase being too small for the flowers put in it. I had asked for hydrangeas with other flowers. . I specifically asked that they not be too tightly arranged. They were for a celebration of life and I was very disappointed in the flowers verses what I paid. I even showed an example of what I wanted to the sales lady. I will say that I have ordered flowers for 3 different funerals from Gibsons before, and when choosing from a book the flowers were spot on.

Picked up some flowers here for a bridal shower party. SUPER cute and quaint little shop. Seems very small business owned.
I wasn't sure what I was looking for but needed some flowers to take to a bridal shower. I didnt' need a big fancy bouquet, just something simple and classy, so I picked out a few hydrangea stems. I LOVE that they were willing to give me one of the stems I wanted that were starting to wilt a little, but it was the biggest, so I wanted one and asked if I could have it for half the cost b/c the other option was for them to not sell it and throw it out. :( nnoooooo waste! They obliged to my request which was awesommmmmmme!!!
They have TONS of cute little gift arrangements and greenery plant type arrangements as well!
I love this little place and will be back for all future needs.

I ordered the same morning and the arrangement was delivered within a couple hours. It looked exactly like the picture I selected and was absolutely beautiful!!! So pleased!

Gibson the Florist has beautiful flowers for our loved ones. They are wonderful to work with - we have church flowers for St Marks Lutheran Church in memory of our family and friends who have passed away. Great service and value and I like their cocker spaniels too

Sent a bouquet to my mom. Found out she was going out of town and the moved the delivery from 4 days from now to today - when I called yesterday! Super helpful, beautiful flowers. Would use again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely wonderful florist!! I recently had a whirlwind wedding request with only 3 days to plan. I came in to Gibson the Florist to see if they could throw something together on such short notice. Dawn was such a pleasure to work with, she communicated very clearly and her work was exceptional. The bridal bouquet she put together was stunning!! The bride was so happy with the flowers. Since taking the event from a casual civil union to a formal wedding ceremony, was a surprise from her groom, the bride teared up when she saw how everything came together.
