The friendly Brenda answered the phone and patiently listened as I explained what I needed. She directed me to the very helpful sales representative Clay who went above and beyond to answer any and all of my questions about different chairs. He had such a pleasant attitude and it was obvious, he cares about the customers. Such outstanding representatives of the store should be appreciated and rewarded!
