Transparency and Honesty! Asides from these guys offering relatively affordable services, they keep to their words without questions. Had a wheel alignment here few months ago and later developed issues with the alignment. They reevaluate and fixed the issue without additional cost to me! Asides that, I was supposed to do a tire rotation, but did not really drive my car for couple of months. Without them knowing, I came in for a tire rotation and they inspected and told me I don't need one as my tires are still good! Other auto shops would have done it OR even not do anything and tell me they have. Practically these guys told me to save my money (and they don't need to lie to me just to get my money). This is RARE!

As far as I can tell, this place rocks some socks!
Took the car here for an oil change on a whim because it was decently close to my place and also because they had an oil change deal on their website for $21.95 which is a really decent price.
Didn't expect too much, but when I accidentally missed my appointment they were still able to get me in same day, which was SUPER nice and I appreciated that so much! I also appreciated that they were mindful of whether or not I was going to need to wait for the car, which I did need to.
I ended up needing a new oil drain plug and was surprised that they only charged me an extra $20! I honestly have no idea how much, comparatively, other places would have charged, but honestly for something additional $20 sounded quite alright to me!
The service really didn't take too long and the cost was really good! I will DEF be coming back to this place! The service was also pretty friendly which is highly appreciated! :)

Delaware Automotive Service is a must in my opinion for your automotive needs. I found them on a simple search while looking to have an electrical issue diagnosed on my car. The staff were really easy to talk which led me to also ask about an A/C leak that another repair shop said that I had. Delaware Automotive Service fit me in same day and repaired both issues within the hour! Oxford Automotive had my car for three days and said that I needed new A/C lines which were discontinued for my Pontiac G8 GT. Delaware Automotive Service had the $16 fitting inhouse and made the repair!

Another great job by Matt's crew at Delaware Automotive! Drop off quick and convenient, figured out the issue quickly and repaired even quicker... Had it back the same day! My wife was very glad to have her 'Jack' back, and is running great again!
