These guys really gave us a great deal on our car. We really had a great experience with them. If you have any issues with your cars they own the Tuffy shop in Lewis Center and they owned one in Grove City and they own a body shop in Delaware Ohio go see them they will treat you right. Because of the deal they gave us on our car and because of how upfront they were we are going to only take our car to them for all of our issues and oil changes and everything. Thank you so much to all the employees and owners we love our Honda Element!!!God bless you all.

John is a super nice guy and he made buying our VERY low mileage 2013 Honda very, very easy. Exceptional service. The car is exactly what we wanted. No high pressure sales. Very accommodating. He even filled the tank before we drove away. I would definitely recommend Delaware Auto Sales to friends and family. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle there. Top notch!!!

couldn’t go to school this week because my auction car broke down now. still paying off a volkswagen i cant even drive anymore that they sold to me knowing it wasn’t gonna be drivable in the near future. no help from them. no remorse. still dealing with the repercussions and they don’t care. i am defeated and they are filling their bellies with my money for a product that broke down in the first month.that’s not normal. you’ve told me your “warranty policies” and it’s “out of your control” but that’s bad business. you sold a car for $16,000 that died within 4 months. you should try anything to make it better, not just tell me i’m SOL.i won’t shut up until i figure out how to pay off this loan on a lemon car sold to me.

My girlfriend just bought a truck from here. Nathan, the general manager, was super helpful! He wasn’t trying to force a sale to happen but instead he informed us about some of things with the truck and other things behind the scenes. We went in with questions and all of them were answered and more! I highly recommend coming here for any car needs, because I can gladly say that Nathan and the team at Delaware auto sales will take care of you and make sure the car is fit for you and your needs.

Nathan Shulak provided an excellent car buying experience. If you are looking for a Porsche, he has a vast knowledge on them. Living on the MS Coast, knowing it was a long drive he connected me to Evans motors and he worked with them to get some additional work done at my request. The car was exactly as Nathan presented, he presents very detailed videos. After dealing with Nathan, I would have him ship me a car, site unseen, without any hesitation. I can’t say enough good about Nathan and Tom at Delaware Auto Sales. Although I haven’t purchased a car from them as of yet but they are extremely helpful with any automotive questions and needs I have had. You are treated more as a friend than as a customer. I have waited a while to post this because I thought it would get better but it kept getting worse. I bought my first dealership car from here a year ago (I usually go private seller). I am 23 and travel over an hour for grad school as well as drive for my job. I was searching for months for a nice hybrid vehicle, I finally found a Volkswagen hybrid from here and they were very nice through the process. I drove 5 hours to pick this car up (I live in New York) and signed anything they put in front of me because I was ecstatic, young, and I guess dumb to trust them.Within a week, the check engine light came on. It was the O2 sensor, easy fix and they offered to pay for it even though I signed the “as is” form. Within a month, the brain needed to be replaced. This was $2,500 and they basically told me I was SOL. Within FOUR MONTHS of purchasing this vehicle the transmission blew, $9,000 to fix.Now I had to emergency buy a car off auction and haven’t even been able to drive the Volkswagen since. Didn’t even have it a year. I still owe $11,000 on this car, and it’s only worth $6,000 on a good day now. They saw an excited college kid who scraped up her coins to buy her first big purchase car and they thought, “let’s take advantage of her and not help at all”. It was completely bad business. There’s no way they didn’t know the car was about to go down hill. Didn’t even offer to fix it or pay for a portion. Did not care that they sold me a lemon.I’m completely heart broken and with how much I go to school I can’t afford to work more to pay it off. They blocked my mother. BBB has been contacted.Do not buy from here. They do not care about you, they care about commission. I will never buy a car out of New York again. You live and you learn, I guess.

Recently purchased a Land Rover discovery from Nathan and the team at Delaware Auto Sales. In short, if I can suggest purchasing a used vehicle, do it with Nathan, the General Manager here. Very honest and helping individual. I was an out of state buyer who ended up buying sight unseen. Nathan uploaded a great and detailed video of the vehicle to YouTube, and provided more than the requested history and documents about the vehicle. He was always available to talk and answer any questions immediately. He was very upfront about the discovery, which put me at ease with his knowledge and honesty. He also organised delivery for the vehicle to arrive before a holiday weekend, looking great after being detailed. Im happy to say it was an all-round pleasant experience. So much so, that I shall be contacting them again when buying a used vehicle again in the future. Cheers Nathan!

I’m so pleased to have the opportunity to share what an outstanding experience I had purchasing my Nissan Rogue at DAS today! Kind, thorough, accommodating, professional, fair minded, and easy going. Nathan and Tom were all this and more as they offered me the assurance of a pleasant and comfortable process, receiving me late this afternoon as I travelled from Canal Winchester. From the first contact of inquiry online, Nathan’s responsiveness before I arrived proved to be even more impressive once I showed up for a test drive.
