I always shop at CVS. They have the best coupons! I always save a lot of money with them. The store is nearly organized and clean. I can usually find everything that I need.

On 4/27/24 during a visit the pharmacy, an employee was heard loudly stating "Walmart needs to stop hiring people or are autistic or handicapped". None of the other employees said anything. They all just laughed. If your employees are too ignorant to know how to behave in a public work place, I certainly don't want them handling my medication.

Lost my business tonight due to lack of service. While employees are off gallivanting around the store I am made to press a button because the self check out lanes are closed? Yea I'm good...I tossed everything and left. Will not be back.

Very unprofessional asked to update my account and she did email but did not update my last name to Higgins instead of Boham since I am legally divorced. Then as I was leaving the alarm went off at the door. Called next day to speak to manager and they started laughing at me. Seems like they do not even respect the customer .I found them very cold and acted like you owed them something. .

I have 1 prescription in particular that is always difficult to get on time. I have been on it for almost a year. This time I watched it being in process for over a week. I went to pick it up and 2 others up Monday only to find they cancelled it without letting me know because it's expensive. The pharmacy said they would have it the next day. When I stopped in it's now at least another day out and I've been out for a week. This one takes a few doses to build up and shouldn't be missed. Unfortunately this is a reoccurring event at this location. I'm just glad it doesn't cause withdrawals to bad, but I do notice when I miss it.

Went here to get a prescription filled. Was told it would take 30 mins ended up being over an hour. Pharmacy staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I will no longer get my prescriptions filled or do any other type of shopping at this or any other CVS and I recommend you do the same unless you enjoy disappointment and being frustrated by rude pharmacy employees.

My 2 experiences with CVS Minute Clinic weren’t bad. However, my latest experience with the pharmacy was horrendous. When your doctor calls in a prescription that’s badly needed, “It’s on back order,” is not an acceptable answer. I went to Lewis Center Kroger pharmacy this afternoon to ask if this drug was available to them and within a minute, the pharmacist had it in hand. The pharmacist said she’d call CVS Houck Road and have my prescriptions transferred to Kroger Lewis Center. When they called, CVS Houck Road was closed between 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. “for lunch” so I had to wait a little longer but at least I knew I’d have the medication available to me today. The pharmacy staff at Lewis Center were professional, helpful and very kind. I’ll have to drive a little further for my prescriptions but the customer service is worth it.
