Could have been a better experience... Dry personality I've been a customer for years and I wasn't 100% satisfied... I wish the manager would have been into help me instead but he was off today. You would think they would want to keep there customers around and give us better deals verses someone new coming in. I could have left boost and went across the street but I was like no I'll see if boost has any upgrade specials. Just wasn't Happy with the service. The employee wasn't very knowledgeable.

Seth and Patton were in today.Mr. Patton helped me out with my phone that had been disconnected somehow.He called dealer support and reassured me everything would be fixed within 24 hours.I've been coming to boost since I was eighteen. Seth has been my phone guy for quite sometime. I'm very glad that Seth and Patton are working here to give me peace of mind. Both were very kind and I felt very much heard. :D Keep up the great work you guys!

They are so friendly here and very helpful. I am actually going to switch to boost mobile from metro because boost has a better deal. They have cool accessories there too. Go here guys you won't be disappointed.

Black Friday deal $200 gift card. What a joke. If you signed up in December like I did. My 3rd payment was 3/11/23. In order to receive the gift card I needed to make my 3rd payment early before 2/28. Which I was never told that.

Such a good experience today. I live on another city and I was having trouble getting through on the phone to anyone so I decided to call Winter St location. They answered within the second ring whereas my location just lets it ring most of the time. Monika was amazing. They helped me on questions I had in regards to getting a new phone as well as activating. I've had Boost for almost 20 years and have tried other companies but I always went back to Boost because of the overall quality of devices as well as their affordable monthly plans. I would recommend over and over again. Thanks Monika!!

Changed to Boost Mobile for my first Line . It’s good no surprises in the bill. The prepaid monthly plan $25 is awesome. No contract.Would recommend it’s Value for Money ?
