We bought a couch and love seat less than a year ago. The cushions are flat a pull away from the couches. When you sit down you sit on the wooden frame and the back of the frame has a beam that pushes in to your lower back. Corner seat is completely broken down and a spring was popped. We contacted warranty and they said it was not replaceable. We literally cannot sit on our couches without a pillow for our backs. I have had other couches for over a decade that was still in great shape. These are the worst couches ever.

Purchased a recliner and what a Great shopping experience! Bill and Matt were very helpful, making great suggestions and then assisting me with unboxing and loading it into my vehicle to assure that I was able to take it home. Recliner seems to be good and solid and purchased for a great price! Thanks guys for a great shopping experience!

My wife and I had the most amazing experience today at American Freight in Delaware. We’ve been looking for an affordable couch for weeks. I saw a few that I was interested in on American Freight’s website, so we decided to go in. First I stopped at the Morse Rd location. It was an absolute nightmare. The manager was rude and every single employee treated us like a burden that they didn’t have time for. And this was for a multi-thousand dollar transaction.Fast forward to an hour later…I really wanted to see this couch, so I decided to give American Freight one more chance and I headed to Delaware. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile by a salesman named Matt. Matt went out of his way to show me the couch that I was looking for and also some alternatives just to make sure that I got the right piece of furniture for me. Shortly afterwards, he was joined by another employee named Brandon. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.Matt and Brandon helped us every step of the way in getting financing and even though we ran into a couple of roadblocks, they took 45 minutes of their time to make phone calls to help us make it happen. They have magnetic personalities and made my wife and I feel like we had known them for years. They happily loaded our couch/loveseat so we didn’t have to lift a finger, and they did so with great care. And on top of all that, when I went outside, my battery was dead in my truck. Brandon gave us a jumpstart with his own jumper cables. These guys are absolute class acts and I will highly recommend American Freight to anyone that asks. Just do yourself a favor and Skip the Morse Rd location. They nearly made us give up on the company. I’m very glad we decided to make the trip to Delaware because we will be buying all of our furniture from American Freight for as long as these guys work there. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!! We love the couch/loveseat!

Matt and Brandon were so nice and helpful. We actually found more than we came in for. American Freight has the most unique furniture for great prices. We’ll defiantly be back soon.

I do most of my "window shopping" online. I looked up the mattress I wanted and made sure it was in stock. Drove up, and the staff had me in and out within 15 minutes. I was paid and loaded up. They were courteous and very attentive.

Super people at first. Then after 3yrs the purchace fell apart and went back to get info on warranty and purchase more. Met with contempt and indifference. They wouldn't talk or answer any questions. Sorry for bothering you A-holes. We will never be back. Be cautious people!

This is the first time I went to an American Freight store, and I had a wonderful experience. Bill and Matt were amazing, they were so patient, helpful and kind! I purchased several items and am so happy with items and service. I highly recommend American Freight in Delaware, Ohio. The store is clean, well organized and has a wide variety of options. The prices are very fair and the service is impeccable.

I am a young adult and my first interaction at the store was terrible. I had went in looking for a new bedset. The way they explained the 0% interest option was absolutely incorrect and I doubt anyone actually gets approved because I have close to a perfect credit score. Anyways the man was not very polite while talking about the credit process then switched his tone once he seen I was approved for a good amount available. I purchased a bed frame, dresser, and nightstand. When getting the product home and opened both sides of the dresser were crushed at the bottom. The entire bottom of it was falling off (pictures included). We called to see what our options were and they seemed of no surprise that the dresser was broken. He said we could come to the store and get the one on display and he will try to use mine as the new display. We arrived at the store and the older gentleman chuckled and said “it is really messed up”. Very unapologetic with the poor quality furniture they provide. They did give me a new one but with the amount of inconveniences that provided I will never shop there again and will not recommend to anyone else.
