Walked in with cash in my pocket ready to purchase a new rifle ($1100). As I walked up the the counter in the back a clerk walked away. I stood there for 5 minutes without any employee approaching me. I turned around and walked out never to return. I buy elsewhere

I took my rings in to get resized. They had to take them down over two sizes! Macey did an amazing job and her work is impeccable. My rings look better than the day they were bought. I didn’t know they could sparkle so much. Quick turn around as well. Highly recommend getting with Macey on all your jewelry needs!

Great place to shop. Go every Friday morning . Something new every week. 6 month layaway that's great. If you can't afford it all right that day pay so much a week. The people there treat us good. Love it.

If you need to pawn something in Defiance definitely come here. They have decent prices and at the very least they explain very politely why they can't take certain items. Never go to the Pack Rats if you have a choice. I've been to both frequently and have had no pleasant experiences at Pack Rats. I have never had a negative experience here however.
