Great place and service went to another carwash in town and was told I had to much mud. Found the wash express and they did a great job especially in single digit weather

Less expensive than the competition north of them on Clinton Street. They definitely don't use a brush that can scratch up the paint surface, which is a huge plus! Wish they had more protective agents for the paint (hot wax, ceramic coat, etc.) but for the low cost and effective air drying it's a better option than their competitors!

Came through this car wash last weekend. My rear windshield wiper and wiper arm were broken off my car during it. My husband filled out a report we were supposed to get a call Monday. No call I called yesterday no response from a manager. It's Friday and it doesn't seem like they'll be making this right. This is also the second time we've had car damage at this car wash.

1st trip through the wash was not good. Somehow, grease ended up on trunk. Attendant had me go through 2 more times before it was clean. Not sure what happened or if I'll go back.

Stopped here for a quick car wash and I wasn't disappointed! The guys spent a lot of time cleaning the bugs and snow off of the front and back of my car which I really appreciated (because my car was VERY dirty). I was in and out in a few minutes and my car is still clean!

I like the Defiance Northside facility. The Clinton street site ....drive out with lots of water still on my front window
