I bought a car and didn’t know how to drive manual so I didn’t test drive it. And the car runs perfectly with no issues still to this day. Gave me a free oil change as well. Super trustworthy place to shop.

If I could give this place 0 stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. Do not do business here folks!! My boyfriend bought a truck a MONTH ago and has already had countless issues with it. The worst part is having to replace the starter. If we would have taken the time to read the reviews for this place we would have NEVER have even bought a piece of gum from here let alone a vehicle. Do better LPK of Defiance.

We drove all the way from Dundee Mi. To buy a certain vehicle we seen online at this location. We met Joe at the door. He was very welcoming, we told him exactly what we came their for and didn't try to sell us another vehicle. We walked out of their with the exact truck we asked for. Joe and Kierstyn the financial manager was very nice.

Not a happy customer.. got blazer home and next morning my wife noticed the driver's side plastic is dented.. why would you the dealer not address this cosmetic issue... just another used car lot... whose integrity is below standards.. would not recommend buying a car from lpk. Tried to get a response from the sales man.. no response

Took my 2023 Ram in for its 2nd oil change and 1st tire rotation. Certified mechanic was not there, so an apprentice was doing to work. During the tire rotation a stud got stripped, but they did fixed this at the time. I drove the truck home and noticed an oil spot on the driveway. I found oil dripping from the oil pan bolt. I crawled under to discover the oil pan drain plug was only hand tight. I gave it nearly a full turn before it started to snug up. This could have turn in to a disaster. Side note: I was at the dealer 2 hours.

Very friendly service personnel. Mechanic is very friendly and competent. It’s just too bad the company has a policy of changing $150.00 for each item a customer says is an issue for their vehicle. So 2 different items one car is $300.00 to look at!!! Then paying for the repair! Also no customer loaner vehicles . A much reduced rate for a rental vehicle! But it is not the services I would like to see.

Was okay in the beginning then the dealer that was dealing with me went and took care of another customer when they had other employees there i feel like paper work got mixed up then on top of it I got to signing the papers the GM rushed me and didn't explain nothing besides telling me where to sign my trade in I got went straight to GAP insurance without explaining it never I thought my trade in value was gonna go towards the new truck wrong they didn't tell me that either and the GM was doing all the paper somehow never gave me my paperwork to take home almost a month later I get it to my email be very careful going in here make sure they explaining things to you before signing anything and when you signing make sure they explain it to cause the GM doesn't know what he doing he will rush you and not give you your paperwork when you leave
