The guy taking my order was very helpful and knowledgeable. I love the gun selection I bought. And for the same gun at other places I saved a ton from them. I will definitely buy more from them. “We've had two pools installed by Defiance Water Rec. Shelby was easy to work with, he came out and sat down to discuss our needs and draw it out. We had two pools installed because we moved to a new home which didn't have a pool. His installation crew each time were very professional and courteous. They came and worked very quickly to transform our backyard each time. It's nice to call into the store and speak with Susie. She's always friendly and can answer my questions. Steve B. comes to open and close our pool and again is friendly and knowledgeable. I've been working with this business for over 10 years and have been happy. If you buy during their annual chemical sale, the prices are better. We also take advantage of their 10% Tuesday sales if we need to pick up anything we didn't purchase ahead when we get our water tested. Good people.”
