Service went out constantly. They make you take deals just to lower the already outrageous cost of there internet. I had 500 mbs only saw 100 of that if you are in defiance check out Omni fiber I pay less for double the speed on top of actually getting the speed I pay for

If you’re wondering whether or not to get it, took 20 minutes to get to the review page, have to reset my router at least 4-5 times a month giving it 2 star… (hold on have to reset my router again) okay giving it 2 stars because it technically works but I think the only thing I’m paying for at this point is headache medication and anger management classes. If you call their guys do show up and there cool, but they will just to tell ya “hmm I dunno man it should work”

Turned my equipment in a week ago. Before my next billing statement. Apparently the billing statement is after their 'billing cycle,' so I'm being charged another month for Internet services I was barely receiving half of what I was supposed to get. They don't offer 'prorated' billing, even though I wasn't receiving the full 500 megs I was paying for, which they were more than happy to prorate to only 275-300 on the average day.

Staff is courteous and helpful, however i called to end service and they never shut it off so i got charged an extra month.

The service sucks! Can't even use it at all. Mobile data never works either. Don't use its all just a scam
