Awesome customer service. I had a house fire and my car was totalled in that disaster. Not only were they very sympathetic but were extremely proactive in taking care of my claims. Ryan went above and beyond to make things easy for me, going out of his way to get information and paperwork around for me. They made sure they explained all processes to me and were thorough and professional. I'll be staying with Allstate for a long time.
