Very fast, friendly, and accommodating!! I called at 8 am asking to be seen, and they got me in at 10 am the same day. They diagnosed and fixed my car, so I was able to pick it up at 3:30 pm! Really great experience with very helpful people. Totally recommend!

I've been using this place for nearly 2 decades now. They did me dirty today. Charging me $175 for a $97 part x 2 and charging me $120 for some $50 brakes that come from Autozone. How is this a good practice? I have to wait for Autozone to deliver the parts to the shop and then I pay nearly double for the same parts? I can understand paying a little more but this much is scam territory. I feel robbed. If you have $100s of dollars to waste this is a good choice. Also marked I declined things that I was never asked about or offered. They'll get it taken care of but you're overpaying by $100s. Also watched several instances of carelessness i.e. smoking in the garage around customer cars, using cell phone while raising cars into the air so much they have to lower it back down because they weren't paying attention, Marijuana stickers on the tool boxes.

Amazing experience came in to just having an inspection done because other mechanics couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. They figured it out and even stayed past closing time to fix my car.

Workers were nice, called in to ask if they could put tires on and do an alignment and they said they could. They got started and me and one other guy were in the break area and everything was fine for a while. They were having problems putting his windshield wipers on and cracked his windshield in the process. I was actually impressed with how the receptionist handled it, accidents happen. Right after that about 20 till 5 that same lady told me that the only tech left is leaving at 6 and they weren’t going to be able to do my alignment. Granted I live an hour away and just wanted it all done at once so I didn’t have to worry about that. I wasn’t happy and we went back and forth on different ways, she was super nice but everywhere said they closed at 7. I had to work the next 3 days and wouldn’t have time to do it. The blue hair receptionist did everything she could do and told me they were having problems with that tech leaving. She was super good, got me a discount I paid for both services and my boyfriend said he’d do it first thing in the morning after he got off of work. He got there like 7:30 and none of the lights were on waited a bit and he left. I called up there and talked to the supervisor and he admitted to being a couple minutes late but the techs weren’t even going to get there till 8. My biggest question is WHY are your hours posted a certain way if there’s no one there to do the job? I called and got a refund, just after seeing the windshield thing and then the tech leaving my job half done, I’m never going back

I took my Lincoln Navigator in there this morning and got right in.Jim at the front desk was very kind and helpful.Explained everything to me.Jim and Wes made sure my oil change was done just right and got me out of there very quickly.Will definitely go there for routine maintenance .Great experience.
