HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! when my internet is ACTUALLY WORKING not bad no issues THE PROBLEM IS GETTING IT TO WORK!!! Then when it doesn’t and try to get support get the run around and people that seem to be dozing off!!! Update our service cause what was said needed to be done and have had WAY MORE ISSUES THAN BEFORE!!! Ask the tech run the lines so no question about my dogs, kids, or other animals from getting in the line, wrong puts it right there in hand mouth and foot reach of dogs, kids and other terrestrial. Worst part is my neighbors never updated their stuff and having no issue!!!

Great customer service. From the office a sweet kind patient Dawn will explain your billing. At my home technician very knowledgeable! Plus my Internet works great!

I've been with Metalink for three years. This past year the only consistency has been the billing. I have been running 1 Mbps or less since Dec. with frequent outages. Antenna has been moved twice. It has been on a temporary tripod in my front yard for two months. I've heard various stories about the Payne tower equipment problems and upcoming repairs. This week's repairs didn't seem to change much. Trying to watch streamed movies means blotchy video and frequent buffering. Internet emails, banking and shopping are spotty and often time out or fail. The techs have all been nice, but this is frustrating.

Internet will go out and when you call them, they won’t be able to fix it :) My bill isn’t due until the 25, or the rest isn’t due until then and my internet has been out for at least 12 hours :) do yourself a favor and go to a better company. Will be switching as soon as I can get another quote to my house.

Called to get a lower price on our service as their prices changed. I was told my bill would be under 75.00 it was closer to 85.00. When I called customer service they said that you should never talk to the installers or sales for the cost. I am definitely not happy.

What many people don't realize is that their service quality is based off of many variables in the environment in which the equipment is installed in. That environment may change over time and the equipment may degrade as well. The technicians do their absolute best to provide and maintain a quality connection for thousands of customers, and really do a stellar job at it. Especially after large storms or accidents.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Our service goes out all the time and half the time when you call in about it nobody cares. There’s been an outage in Western Ohio/Eastern Indiana for the last 13 hours, with no estimated time of when it will be fixed…. It’s a Sunday, it’s cold I get that, but are they even trying to fix it or just making everybody wait until Monday when they don’t have to pay OT? If you work from home at all they’re not a good option. Service is too unreliable and tech service is too inconsistent. Not worth the money we pay for it. Bring on the starlink!

had nothing but problems since I got it, I would not advise anyone to get there wireless service, tech support will just tell you that everything looks fine on there end. GG

Have had Metalink for years always consist service. Recently had an outage that we believe was due to a dig. Was schedule for a service technician to come out next day. Dylan was great and helped rectify the issue quickly and internet was restored. Those that live in the country and struggle finding reliable internet service should consider Metalink for internet.

Had an issue with internet going out. Called in and they sent a guy out the next day. The service guy Dillon came out on time and fixed our issue. He did a great job. Would recommend!

When I first started with Metalink they were amazing. I recommended them to everyone I knew. After my first year I was contacted by Metalink to contract on for two more years. I was promised a cheaper bill and the same great service. So far since I’ve said yes my bill is $100 a month for 25g. I don’t have service for two to five days a month. I have to reboot my router and Poe at least twice a week. I would not recommend this company if you’re looking for a long term internet provider.

Had them for several years now but the reliability and customer service have gotten worse and worse over the years. Recently we had to call 4 times in 2 weeks just to have them say there's nothing wrong and they all but refused to send a service tech. I had to literally demand that a tech come out here or we were gonna stop service and go with another provider. Even then, the guy had an attitude about scheduling a tech to come here. Would recommend another provider if you have a choice... unless you don't mind your internet completely not working sometimes and never being able to get someone there to take you seriously ?

2 years ago I called and was assured that I was in a spot that'd give me "speed as fast I could want." (At that time I opted for a different provider due to price and the minimal internet I needed.) Now I need better internet as I am going to be starting online classes, so I called Metalink to be told I'm not even in their coverage area?! They won't even be courteous enough to come out and check. Their coverage map on their website extends beyond my location too.....confused how I'm not on their coverage area. I thought they were a good company, I've used them before. Guess I'll check with DMCI. Maybe they have coverage in my area now.
