The carwash itself is decent but the membership is not. I’ve been getting charged twice a month for my membership since February. I was told someone at the location that it had been fixed but it has not. I have tried to contact take 5 to have this fixed. The customer care number sends you to fill out an online form and you’re not able to talk to an actual person. I’ve filled 3 of these forms out and nothing has been done and I have not been contacted by anyone from take 5. The people that work at the take 5 location keep referring me to this same number. The bank says my only option is to cancel my card which I don’t want to have to do. Very inconvenient.

Underbody wash doesn’t get clean. Wheels d get clean. Sometimes we go through twice to get a better wash!

Great place, have to wash twice because of Fulton county bugs plaster the car! But gets my car clean
