Nothing like ordering a much needed replacement washer and dryer, setting up delivery for the next day, calling to check on said delivery and being told it would be delivered between 1:30-5:30 pm. Then receiving a call , around 5:10 pm, that delivery will NOT happen as scheduled. It's been pushed back another 2 days!!
No apologies, no RESTITUTION, NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Tried calling in for over four hours!
No answer! Drove 26 miles, could not get ANY help what so ever! Tried to purchase two linoleum samples like 60 cents apiece, they would ring up as $12.09 a price. The cashier was the cashier was service Rep. No management present! I will be remolding my kitchen and bedroom out of MENARDS! At least they are competent!

This particular location seemed clean and well organized. Staff was friendly
friendly during my visit. This location was similar to different Lowes locations and other home improvement stores.

If you’re using Progressive Leasing make sure you Ask for Rob in flooring! That man definitely needs a raise! He seems to be the only one that knows how to do it or even speak to customers! The store as a whole is only 3 stars but Rob deserves 10 stars and more!
Overall this store really needs to make sure their associates are trained properly! But way to go Rob!

IF YOU SHOP AT LOWE’S IN DEFIANCE BEWARE!!!!

A couple of weeks back I went in to grab a few things. I was going to use the self checkout but the older guy urged me to go to his line, even after declining he insisted. So I did… He asked if I’d like to sign up to be a Lowe’s Pro Rewards Member. I told him no. He pulled out a piece of paper to show me all the benefits. “Plus you get a good parking space.” Then he showed me all his little smock bling for how many people he had signed up, so I agreed… (Speedy Rewards, Starbucks Rewards, Cabin Fever Rewards, Rite Aid Reward… Sure… why not…) He’s asking for my information and typing away. Then someone I knew started speaking to me and I was distracted. Then he says, “Click yes here, click here” (real fast talker) When he asked for my social I was like, ”wait a minute.” He assured me it was just used as my account number and that it was okay to provide it, so I did. I glance over as he typed in $5000. I said, “STOP!!!! What is that?” He said, “Oh nothing, it just asks us to put a number in there so I always put $5000.” I said, “Hold on! Cancel out of everything! Is this for a credit card?” He said, “Ummm… yeah, technically.” I was so mad, I walked out to avoid causing a scene. I complained later and a very nice lady called and apologized for him.
Fast forward
The other day a cashier said, “Would you like to become a Lowe’s Pro Rewards Member?” I said no, and they continued scanning. I asked them if Lowe’s had an incentive to get people to sign up and they do. The employee gets $15. I shared my experience with them and they said the guy is known for that. At one point he was praised for getting an extra $500 on one check. “They kind of count on him to get people to sign up. He just has a way of getting them.”
First of all, he should be fired! You don’t mess with people’s finances or take out lines of credit without their knowledge. That would stay on their credit for years to come. I’m personally fixing up my house to sell and planning to buy another one. The last thing I want is anything new on my credit. Second, I’m no longer as mad at him as I am Lowe’s. Not only do they know he does it, they encourage him and incentivize it.
End of rant… If you want to sign up for a credit card, have at it…if you don’t…stay aways from that guy!!!
